Charged me for an I didn't order. Offered to refund but how am I gonna trust ya ain't gonna Double charge me after you couldn't take a simple order? Marinara on the slices and sticks order half full. Over all just a fail. Location convenient but ain't worth it. I'll order my pizza next time. Few bucks vs over charge? No contest.

Lady claiming to be the assistant manager, comes up the cashier that was helping me and interrupts her asking if she can take her phone charger home with her. Proceeds to have a 2 minute discussion in front of me while I wait for them to charge me for my pizza. I ordered an EMB and they told me after paying it would be a 10 minute wait, to which I said I wish you would’ve told me that before charging me….. do you have a pepperoni ready, they reply yes and hand me a pep with no offer or attempt to refund my purchase. I tell them they shouldn’t talk and interrupt while taking orders and she told me to leave her store and to not speak to her employees that way. Yet all I said was it is inappropriate to interrupt a customer making an order to ask your coworker for a phone charger. Worst customer service I have ever gotten. First time coming to little caesers in a long time and will likely be my last…. I know it’s little caesers but for god sake have some pride in your work.Edit: got home 5 minutes after getting the pizza and it’s stone cold… 10 dollars down and a lesson learned I guess.RIP to lilCaesers :/

Its kind of my fault for not looking, but I got home and the pizza I received had obviously been sitting in the cabinet for WAY too long. The cheese was hard and it was discolored. It's not usually the case but this time was pretty bad. I threw it away after the first piece.

Waited 42 minutes for a single pepperoni pizza, they kept on cooking them and handing them out while I am waiting in the store and then he finally asks my name again and my food had been ready for 30 minutes and they didn't want to remake it.

Ordered some pizzas, when I received them and tried to eat them they were undercooked and packed with what I’m assuming is 3X the sauce recommendations when making it. I called to try and get this fixed but they only gave me 15% back. Like seriously?

I ordered 5 hot n ready pizzas only got 3 right. How do you mess up one topping pizzas. I could understand if it were multiple topping pizzas but these were just solo uno topping ones. I used to get great service here but they have gone down hill greatly. The people that work there are nice they just suck at making pizzas or getting them right at the very least.
