Little Caesars Pizza

We’ve eaten at this location often but have noticed it’s getting worse. The pizza was cold and so old that the pepperoni was like wood chips rolling off pizza, the spinach pizza was cold and congealed. They only had 4 pizzas up and would not put out new until those were gone. I think they were left over from lunch. This was at 5:30ish. One employee wiping around pizzas but also wiped the pizza pans with the pizza in the pan, running filthy rag over pizza. The whole experience was awful. No Welcome to Civi’s or Thank you for coming. The dressing for salad had bits of cheese, croutons, other dressings in them. It was terrible. I could go on but I’ll leave it here. I just had to write this because it was that much of a change. It wasn’t an off night because they weren’t that busy and everyone was complaining. Still wouldn’t put out fresh pizza. I ate 1 awful slice of cheese and that was it. My husband ate 2. Well, we took a bite of them anyway. Paid full price for nothing. We will not return.

Don't even bother with this location. Tried it out again. Same result. After waiting over 10 minutes for suppose to be fresh food.. it's always burly. Pizza dry even the stuff Crust my goodness. Plus not even cheese in the puffs. Just forget this location ENTIRELY 😕 SW 89th and Western, 73159

I've been going to this little caesars quite regularly for lunch, I order through the app for pick up time at 11, I always order my lunch around 10:15-1030 because it's a busy area and I have a short amount of time for lunch. However this location can never have the pizza ready on time. Today I waited almost my entire lunch (25 min) and left with no pizza.
The guy at the counter, when I walked in at 1110 because my app said it still wasn't in the oven, and I was the only one in the entire parking lot and no one in the drive through, I told him my app has not updated and I was here to pick up my 11 order for savanah. He snapped at me said he's the only one there and I was just gonna have to wait until he was ready.
He did seem to be stocking the pizza boxes for hot and ready. So I sat and I waited and didnt say anything else. At 1120 he walked up and said I. Just now making those it'll be 15-20 min. And I told him at that point I needed a refund because my lunch was almost over and I could not wait any longer and that why I put my order In at 1030 to insure it was ready. He told me to sit down and wait for a manager because he couldn't do anything. So I sat back down for 5 more min and he was throwing things all over the kitchen. I saw the manager pulled up and so waited for her and then 5 min after that I got a refund. I missed all my lunch and had a horrible experience. I will never be back to this location ever again. The man working was completely out of line. And I was the only customer who was there the entire 30 min ordeal.

I am not usually a person to leave reviews but this is like the 4th time I’ve had issues with this same location! Today just did it for me. I pulled up and ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some crazy bread in the drive through. The lady who originally answered said it would take 15 min and I said okay. She immediately was annoyed and said JUST PULL FORWARD AND THEY WILL HELP YOU AT THE WINDOW! I do. The young lady at the window takes my order and says it will be about 15 minutes and pull back around. I go park and wait. I pull back around and she goes to check on the pizza… she comes back and says they got backed up a little and could I wait a little longer and she will bring it out to me so I asked about how much longer and she said 7 minutes. I go park again. About 20 minutes pass and I haven’t got my pizza. I pull back around and she said let me go check on it for you. However, as I’m pulling around I see the lady who originally got on the intercom and was cooking in the back standing outside on her phone and smoking. The other guy who was also in the back cooking was out front in his car. She asks the lady who was outback where the pizza was and she then yells out to the guy who was in front in his car as he is walking in that she needs a stuffed crust pizza! The young lady comes back to me and says she doesn’t know what happened but it was never made! At this point I had been there over 45min and I requested for my money back! I had my son with me who was yelling for the pizza because he was hungry!
The last time I went they told me it would take 15 min for the stuffed crust and when the 15 min was up they gave me what I thought was my pizza but when I got home it was a cold regular hot n ready!
The time before that they gave me an overcooked pizza that was hard as a rock and the time before that was a pizza that was undercooked.

My pizzas were burnt this is the worst little ceasars in Oklahoma. Replace the workers, I notified the health department. I filed a complaint and no one called me back.

The fact that they hire teenagers makes it frustrating to order your food because they are not paying attention to what you're saying

Usually don't have the pizzas we need to feed our family and have had a couple of occasions to where the employees were short but other occasions where the employees were very kind and helpful

Ordered an hour ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait after work and was still told to wait and once my order was ready the girl at the window forgot my crazy sauce. When I asked if it was in the bag she just looked and me and said No. and the turned around to go get it.

Seriously??? WTH is this ?? Why seriously why ? this is supposed to be a thin pineapple crust, and what is this supposed to be? A split sandal ? without pineapple? This turn is really crap.

This is the best location. Talk about teamwork, cleanliness and friendliness at a nonstop hard work and dedication. Kim, the manager, was so nice and efficient with every order even mine, thank you so much and God bless you Kim and your establishment!!
