This was the first time I've been to this location, but it was a good experience. I was greeted and treated nice. Also, the food didn't take long to cook (tastes amazing btw). Overall, this was a typical place with everything being all around amazing.

I love this establishment! Their pizza is always great, and I truly appreciate how they honor veterans like myself every Veterans Day with a free personal pan pizza and a soft drink. That kind of respect and generosity keeps me coming back year after year.

I ordered five orders of the cheese steak bites and when I bid into it, there was plastic inside of the bite so I’m taking a back to the restaurant then one of my other employees also notice that there was hair in hers. I talked to the manager Kim and she was very hateful and not respectful at all. I need a district manager to give me a call because this is absurd, and her attitude sucks as a manager. I had to proof in front of me and she made it seem like I was just lying and trying to get free food. I already paid for my food and it’s literally sitting in front of me. I had to go back four times to get it right do not recommend.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Little Caesars. I picked up a pizza expecting the usual quick and decent meal, but by the time I got home and opened the box, it was completely burnt. The crust was rock hard, the cheese was scorched, and the whole thing was nearly inedible. I tried to salvage it, but it was so overcooked I ended up having to throw it away.

I understand things get busy, but quality control matters—especially when customers are trusting you with their time and money. I hope this was just a one-off mistake, but it definitely made me think twice about coming back.

We’ve eaten at this location often but have noticed it’s getting worse. The pizza was cold and so old that the pepperoni was like wood chips rolling off pizza, the spinach pizza was cold and congealed. They only had 4 pizzas up and would not put out new until those were gone. I think they were left over from lunch. This was at 5:30ish. One employee wiping around pizzas but also wiped the pizza pans with the pizza in the pan, running filthy rag over pizza. The whole experience was awful. No Welcome to Civi’s or Thank you for coming. The dressing for salad had bits of cheese, croutons, other dressings in them. It was terrible. I could go on but I’ll leave it here. I just had to write this because it was that much of a change. It wasn’t an off night because they weren’t that busy and everyone was complaining. Still wouldn’t put out fresh pizza. I ate 1 awful slice of cheese and that was it. My husband ate 2. Well, we took a bite of them anyway. Paid full price for nothing. We will not return.
