I don’t know if it was any good, we waited 30 minutes in the drive through line and nobody ever moved. Everyone behind us left and we finally did too. They were rude too like they didn’t want to cook anything or even be at work. They probably just went home.

I went and picked up a mobile order from here, and my fish tacos had nothing but a piece of fish and tortilla! That is it. So when I took the 2 tacos back to have them corrected, when they made my new ones they literally cut the entire piece of fish in half on each taco. What a waste of my time and effort . So since I took them back I get less fish on the taco!! What a joke.

Chicken was chewy, they forgot part of our order, hushpuppies weren't cooked all the way, the tarter sauce had a sign on it saying it was supposed to be pulled at EOD on the 20th and it was still out on the 21st. The malt vinegar had a white, slimy substance floating in it, and the ice machine was empty. The staff was friendly, but appears they needed more training on how to properly cook and clean.

I've tried to order food from there 6 times the last 2 weeks. Everytime there is a excuse. I just tried again at the drive thru its 9:20pm. They took the order of the car infront of me but told me they are closed even tho the posted hours are until 10pm. That's not even mentioning how long the wait time is to get them to even answer the speaker half the time. By far the worst service or non service I've seen.

The dining area is closed and they're out of fries. Went through the drive thru and they missed the coleslaw, so we went back and got it. There's a lot of trash in the parking lot and drive thru.

Very poorly managed. Last night I went through the drive thru and ordered food at 5:04 pm, I was the first in the drive thru and was asked to move around to the double doors and my order would be brought out in a few minutes. Thirty minutes later, after watching several customers go through the drive thru as well as several customers go in the doors, order and come out with their food quickly, I went in to inquire about my order. I was told "we are working on it", so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came out and instead of apologizing and telling me they had forgotten my order, she said the delay was because of my special order item. I didn't order a special order item, I ordered the 2 piece Cod meal on their regular menu. She gave me the option of a refund, or wait another 3 minutes. I chose to wait, and 6 minutes later my food was brought out. I got home and opened my order and my waffle fries were missing. One would think that after taking 40 minutes to bring my order, it would have been correct. I went back to get a refund of the $2.79 plus tax that I was charged for the missing fries. The cashier went and got the manager and I was told that there would be no refund because she packed the order herself and put the fries in there. She brought me a closed bag which I did not open until I got home, the fries were not there, she again lied to me. I hope she enjoys that $2.79 plus tax because she lost my business. While I am just one customer, we have eaten at this LJS for many years every Friday during lent and several other times throughout the year. That was a costly $3, very poor management. Word to the wise, steer clear of this LJS until they get a new manager, Hannah is horrible. If you do decide to do business with them, check your order before they walk away or you leave because they do not correct their mistakes and will lie about it. All she needed to do was be honest and tell me they forgot my order and it was now being prepared, but she chose to lie, then instead of admitting that my fries were left out, she lied again. That's a lot of lost revenue for LJS over 2 lies and ~ $3.00.

The food here was alright and hot I'm not sure how fresh. I asked for fresh and said I would wait. I thought I was going to have to wait for it because I asked to have it fresh but did not have to wait. The oder was not what I expected. It was supposed to have two sides I told her she could just make both sides fries. After I pulled off I opened it up and it was waffle fries not the regular longjohn silver fries I'm used to getting. There were very few fries. If that was two sides worth of fries I would hate to see just one side of fries. Is one side of fries like 3 french fries. I was confused. I don't think they gave me hot and fresh. I'm not sure if I will go back
