Not the same LJS from my growing up. Loved all the lil crunchies with my fishies back then, not so much now. Still my favorite fish place for fast food. Strange to be partnered with A&W, another child hood favorite.

Do not waste your time with going to this restaurant. They will not wait on you. They do not answer. The speaker outside. Drive-through is nonfunctional. Management needs to be fired and new staff needs to be brought in. They were standing outside smoking a cigarette while people waited at the drive-through for 15 minutes.

Had bad experiences years ago and haven't been back. Bad service and greasy cold fish made this a hard pass. I grew up down the street from a Long John Silver's, so not eating there has been kind of sad. Tonight,
I hit the drive thru with pretty low expectations. I was wildly surprised at how good it was, how fresh it was, and even how good the service was through the drive thru. Really liking the new waffle fries. I got the #12 - 2 fish, 3 chicken planks, 2 sides & 2 hushpuppies. $20 when you add in a delish large Chocolate shake. Good stop, Not what I expected for sure.

Just a terrible experience. Customers were complaining so should have known better. Order was to go...no extra anything not even a napkin thrown in the bag or sauce of some sort...like really??? Just common customer service sense...no smiles or hospitality either

This is THE first place we have been in, in a WHILE, that EVERYONE was friendly...food was AMAZING! With friendly service like that, people will want to come back and eat...these people need a raise! We will DEFINITELY be back when we come thru OKC again!

I made the mistake of having my 61st birthday at this location we don't have one in my state so I went there with my grandkids and family I spent almost $100 food was overcooked and late we waited without an exaggeration almost 1 hour 55 minutes to be exact I had crying babies I complain to a corporate management and they had offer me a $5 coupon never again in my lifetime will I go to this company

Been here 3 times in past 10 years. Never opens on time and when it opens they aren’t ready to take orders because they have to set up and prepare. That’s suppose to be done before you open. Inside is nasty and greasy.

Went thru drive-thru and was asked to pull around to the front and by time we got around our food was coming out

Makes you sad that a brand name can fall so far down hill. Talked myself in touching the filthy door to enter. ( First impression) Food was good, not great, employee was pleasant. The place needs some TLC on seating area and customer contact areas . Smelled musty, will not be returning.
