Long John Silver's | A&W

Pepsi and A&W root beer machine broken. Order adult meal with coleslaw. No coleslaw with order. Hush puppies soggy and fish overcooked . 1 kid meal. Ordered coleslaw did not get. Paid $17 plus for a meal that was wrong and totally unfit to eat. Tried to call store and no answer.

Great deal for a two piece fish basket for $6.00!

We Sat at the Counter a long period of time no one ever took our order & we’re over looking us!! They kept taking the DOOR DASH PEOPLE ORDER! We were never acknowledged even after we complained!
THE KITCHEN & FLOORS WERE DISGUSTING!
There was trash & food everywhere!
THEY NEVER TOOK OUR ORDER !!!!
We walked out !!!

This location must be days or weeks from closure. It looks abysmal. The food is gross. The place looks dirty. This review is coming from someone who loves Long John Silver's and hates to see how far this location has deteriorated.

We decided to eat inside to take a break from the heat. The whole place was full of what we guessed was smoke, was think in air. Half of my family ordered fish, the batter was raw and still liquid on the inside and had the texture of wet sand. All of us tried to get different sodas but the syrup was out in 3 different ones, including the rootbeer even though it was also supposed to be an A&W. The only one that ordered a burger was given something totally different then what he had ordered. The place looked poorly kept tbh, and I'm not normally the type to call out places unless it's pretty bad, it's bad. Won't ever be going back.

A no good place used to be a good restaurant to eat but no longer vicious.Smaller to bring kinda batter gone down hill will not go back

Would not recommend this location. Sat in drive-thru for thirty minutes, when somebody finally came to the speaker, I informed them I was there to pick up a MOBILE order, she stated that I would have to go inside the restaurant… for a MOBILE ORDER. Upon entering the restaurant, I was ignored for another 15 minutes & when my (cold) food was finally in my possession, I requested tartar sauce, on the app and after realizing she didn’t put any in the bag, the older woman who prepared my food just shrugged at me and walked off. NEVER AGAIN!
