Worst place I have ever eaten in my life. Got my order wrong. They don't have anything out like salt Perera tater sauce ketchup. Soda all over the floor by the soda machine. Tables dirty floor dirty. The bathroom was neasy as he'll. The food wasn't always done. The stuff was rude asf and the wait time was way to long. So over all I give them a 1/2 start rating

The first LJSs we went to, we waited 20 minutes at the drive thru speaker, before driving up to the window to place an order, but no one ever came to the window so we left. BTW, the facility was in very poor condition, we never went inside but the outdoor signage was destroyed and had been so for a very long time. So we Googled another location, and when we got there, there was only an A&W and no LJS. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Do not eat at this place!! It is filthy. Me and my husband were so excited to get some LJS since we do not have one where we live anymore. We googled the closet one to where we were going to be for a doctor's appointment and ended up at this one. First of all when we ordered we were told the only drink options would be sweet or unsweet tea. No soda because their machine was broken. We order our food and proceed to the condiment station. It was gross! Napkins all over the floor, dried ketchup on the dispensers, straw wrappers. We sit down and the booth seat has crumbs all down in the seams, the walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, everything looked like it had not be been cleaned in weeks. We did not feel safe eating there and got up and left.

This is the worst run fast food store I’ve ever seen. First time I came, I ordered a double burger from the a&w menu and after twenty minutes of not receiving anything and my mom already finished her food, I went to get a refund and they had JUST started preparing my food. Second time I came, we waited in line for over twenty minutes. An elderly couple in front of me was forced to stand and wait 15 minutes to have their order taken because the manager made her cashier sweep kitchen, which is incredibly inappropriate. I work in a fast food place, customers ALWAYS come first. You don’t make customers wait for that, that can wait. You don’t make people stand for 20 minutes. Oh, they also don’t use gloves when making the food! I saw an employee touch fries with her bare fingers. Never coming here again, and I was so excited to find out there was one here when I moved. I work in fast food, the stuff I’ve seen people do at this store, they would’ve gotten fired for it if it happened at my store

Pulled up doors locked, employee sitting in car said, They closed you gotta go to drive thru, pulled to window, could barely hear them at first, when I said what I needed, I got a, what ? Ugh what you say, not I'm sorry can you repeat that, pulled around lady standing there messing with trash liner looked walked away then a man walked up and handed out the food and said have a good night, this location is always, dirty, and drive thru is usually going to be an option depending on who is working

The nastiest place I ever ate at all the tables were dirty the drink area was disgusting. It was so filthy they didn’t have fries it was just all around the worst

Wait staff was too busy playing to take care of customers! Food was cold!! Not happy!!

The management team is not trained to handle situation of any kind there bathrooms are dirty there's poor lighting outside at night they have a broken sign for months parklot doesn't seem to be pick up they are short staff half the time the front lobby door is lock at 9 pm most of time the store is ran poorly and the cleanliness is poorly sad thing is this store could make it's sales better if someone would care about it
this store has been in limp mode for years and until someone cares about the problems of this store it will stay limping

If you’re coming here, you probably already know what to expect. The inside is consistently covered in dirt and grease. They say they open at 10am but that’s when they show up. So don’t expect anything before 10:30 at the earliest. Really just don’t hear but if you are going to come here, don’t show up before 11am.

We drove across town just to get LJS today and we pulled into this one, the menu board wasn't working. After several minutes someone came on speaker and said "I'll be with you in a minute. " Very rude. We sat there another 10-15 minutes and finally just drove up to the window
After sitting another 5 minutes we honked the horn. There were 3 employees walking around in there chatting. Whoever owns this store should know that 5 cars on that line drove off with no food. The sineage is all torn up and has been for a long time. The building and windows were FILTHY! I'm glad we didn't eat out of that place. NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered a double cheeseburger from A&W online. It took 40 minutes, and the patties were rock hard. You can't run a restaurant during the dinner rush hour with 3 people.

I have never been here before so I decided to stop in. My hanai Mom, has been here before and want the fried fish. I got the combo with everything. I feel like everything was so greasy. I was not a fan. I know that it is all fried and is supposed to be that way but it was left out too long I think because it wasn't crunchy it was a bit soggy. I did eat it because I paid for it but I just wasn't a fan. I could have went on an off day but I was not impressed. I will try it again just to be sure I always do just to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Does anyone recommend anything for me to try. I got the combo with everything. Chicken fish 2 type of shrimp hush puppies and waffle fries.

I tried this location one more time and was disappointed again! Food was warm. Portions were smaller and not flavorful. Fountian drinks are always on the mend. No matter what you order the drinks all taste the same. I see all the responses from management apologies...but nothing is done. This location is the closet for me yet it remains outdated and not a healthy environment. I love LJS products I wish someone would build a new fresh location.
