I don't know why everyone on here complaining..I come here at least once a week to this location and have never had one issue out of any of the employees?!!! They know me and my son by name and go way out of their way to make my special needs teen son feel heard and seen! Sure it's a lil dirty, but what restaurant that pays minimum wage is clean?! Never once have we been served old or cold food. Guess it's all how you treat others bc we're treated like gold...
I have never been here before so I decided to stop in. My hanai Mom, has been here before and want the fried fish. I got the combo with everything. I feel like everything was so greasy. I was not a fan. I know that it is all fried and is supposed to be that way but it was left out too long I think because it wasn't crunchy it was a bit soggy. I did eat it because I paid for it but I just wasn't a fan. I could have went on an off day but I was not impressed. I will try...
Service was great. Friendly, quick, and attentive. Food was good. Store was a mess. Malt vinegar bottles were all close to empty, the hot sauce bottle on my table was filthy. The condiment station was a mess and not stocked.
