Came in on Valentine's Day with my fiance. We did not have a reservation and they let us know right off the bat that there would be a wait to get a table. They estimated 45 mins to an hour. We waited 2hrs and 15mins and was told they would not be able to serve us tonight. I'm not sure if I should of slipped the person seating tables some cash or what. Seemed like that might have been how we ended up unable to get a table after waiting most of the evening to do so. Completely unprofessional in my opinion.

I disagree with what they call an 8 oz steak. Looked like a 6 oz to me. But the steak was really good.

Wife and I stopped in tonight. Food was good. Server was nice but seldom seen and I went without a refill during my dinner. The menu lacks pasta options, such as a cajun chicken pasta dish.

Had a great ribeye here. Cooked medium rare. Good drink deals. Michael at the bar is a true professional. I wasn’t a fan of the onion petals - I thought they could’ve been crispier.

Yeah poor service today. No one was sure who our waiter or waitress was. We got no refills til we left and I got up and was just gonna pour them myself but a different waitress asked first. My mom tried to ask the bartender for help and he ignored her and proceeded to stare at me when we got the manager over.I'm not the guy to stare at to try to Intimidate. Now you know my name. Imma have to tell corporate and I wanted you all to see this.

We went here to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. We showed up and were told a 15 minute wait. We ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated. Then they lost power three times during our time there. The food was okay but nothing to be overly excited about. Might go back but it would be a long time from now.

I had a very early dinner here today between 3-3:30pm. First, the food was very delicious and prepared well. I really enjoyed the food. The service was another issue. It’s a shame that we live in a society today where the customer is treated as though the customer needs the business establishment vs the business establishment needing the customer. I sat at the bar and the waiter served me a beer and complementary bread. He then brought me my salad but gave me no utensils and had not come back to check on me. I ate the salad with my hands. Then my food was brought to me. I ate my food with my hands even though the waiter walked right by me and watched me never bothering to grab me any utensils. If it’s customary that I have to ask for utensils in a restaurant….then I accept full responsibility and I am at fault. After I was done eating, I got up to go and clean my hands in the restroom. Only then after I got up did the waiter decide to bring me a set of utensils. It was too late. I was done. I paid and left. I’m not going to say that I don’t recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse, bc their food is good, and I have had excellent service before. I think it’s time the culture changes as a whole and starts making efforts to put the customer first and treat them as though they need the customer. Customer service is truly a lost art in todays society. It’s shameful! I encourage management to go back and look at camera footage to support the complaint. I will be back again, but not at that location.

* it was not busy either at that time of day!

Server was nice, porkchops were under cooked. Red throughout. Sent them back, they just nuked them. Broccoli tasted like salmon. Caesar salad was dressing with a side of lettuce.

We recently dined at Longhorn Steakhouse, and while the experience wasn’t bad, it fell short of exceptional. The service was friendly and attentive when we could get someone’s attention, but it was notably slow. To their credit, they were handling a large table nearby, which may have stretched the staff a bit thin.

I ordered a medium-rare steak but received it rare. It took quite a while to flag someone down to send it back, which was a little frustrating. Once corrected, the steak was good, but not memorable.

The highlight of the meal was the spinach dip—it was creamy, flavorful, and definitely the best dish we had, though I wouldn’t quite rate it a 10/10.

Overall, the food and service were fine but not outstanding. If you’re looking for a decent meal, Longhorn is worth considering, but don’t expect to be blown away.

I ordered the 6oz Filet Mignon, I have never had a Filet that was as small and overpriced as this! I've had hamburger patties that were better! Will not go back!

I'll start off with Netta our server who was fabulous!! She was attentive, had a great smile and a wonderful personality. The establishment itself (I feel) could use updating or a thorough clean. Food was good. My 6 oz sirloin was medium rare and cooked perfectly. My partners 6 oz cooked medium well (shame shame) was like shoe leather but seasoned great. Overall decent experience. Oh. The white cheddar stuffed mushrooms (I believe that's what they were) were delicious!

We came here for our anniversary it was a horrible experience. The atmosphere is horrible and dirty. The waiter was a tall black bald guy, and was very rude. One waiter started vacuuming and sweeping up dirt right next to us while we were eating!!! I didn’t want to leave him a tip at all but my husband left a $8 tip, I check my bank account and he added a one making it a $18 tip. That’s fraud and theft, and if he did that to us he’s done it to more. I filed a complaint, and I would have them investigated but God will deal with them. Beware folks!!! They steal here!!
