Customer service was decent but put my tire on backwards and also put my lug nut on wayyyy too tight to where it has to get cut off ! Would not recommend

Stopped by to see about getting a set of wheels and tires swapped out. I had the mounted wheel/tire combos in the bed of my truck, all they had to do was switch them with the ones on my truck. And check if the new set had sensors installed.This created a brain/work overload for this place and they turned me away.

Overall the work was good. Got 4 used tires for a decent price. Done in a very quick and efficient manner.The problem I had with them is that it was very obvious that one tire had lumps in the tread area. I know it is a used tire with no warranty, but when you sell someone a tire, you should probably check for lumps instead of saying they need an alignment. I went down the road to another place after they refused to at least cut me a deal for their mistake, and I no longer have a wobbly tire.Like I said, great place for used tires, but you definitely want to inspect them all before letting them put them on your car.
