Just got my order through GrubHub from here. I was gifted $30 to spend somewhere that would deliver where I am. I wanted Thai and chose this place. My pad thai is dry and seafood was not mixed in. Calamari was typical frozen to deep fry... I'm sure not even breaded in house. Forgot utensils. Took forever for it to even leave the establishment as I was watching on the map, which means it wasn't the driver's fault. Will see if I ever order from here again. Had heard and expected a lot better! Definitely not worth the money I just paid...

Very rude staff.Went to pick up a to-go order and had to use the restroom first. Upon exiting the restroom I got my to-go sacks and the only words this hateful lady said to me were, “Only dine in customers can use the restroom”. Pretty sure my money for the to-go order was giving her a paycheck just as much as if I would have sat in to dine. And to top it off, there were NO dine in customers in the restaurant at that time. Completely empty.Ridiculous. Will never bring my business to the place again.

This place is good but in my opinion, it isn't my go to place! If I'm in the area, I'd prob go though. Their chicken wings were basic chicken wings, nothing special about them but just that appetizer you always get lol. Papaya salad wasn't as sour & flavorful? It was spicy for sure but I like flavorful spice! Their drunken noodles???? WINNER. It was so flavorful and spicy. My kind of flavorful spice!

Well, the previous place that was here, Mr. Pho's was a real treat. I grew up eating there and have amazing memories there. This place replaced it, so I figured I might as well try it out for old times sake! Boy, do I regret it that decision.I came in Wednesday with my girlfriend and had a seat. We are then greeted by possibly the rudest employee I've met in quite some time. She may have just been having a bad day, but she was truly impossible to talk to. Very blunt, cold personality that was EXTREMELY unappealing for her job. Their Stir Fry chef was out at the moment, so all we could order was Curry. Fine, I'm a Curry fan, she isn't, but I am. We both order and she goes to the restroom. She comes back horrified!I go to the bathroom as well and dear lord, I understand why! The hall that leads to the bathroom smelled like a portapotty and the bathroom itself somehow smelled worse. I felt so disgusting while I was in there, I almost lost my appetite, but I did sit down and eat afterwards, so at least the service was fast.The Curry was average, but two Curries for $27.00 wasn't exactly cheap given the overall experience. Again, the Curry was alright, so if you're ordering to go, it would be a fine place, but I know for a fact I'll never be back. Please, petition to bring back Mr. Pho's!

Very horrible experience. I went on 1-2-22 and when I arrived, I was the only customer. I probably should have recognized the sign when I wasn't greeted. Anyway, I asked the gentleman who sat and looked at me as if I was in the wrong place if I order at the counter or seat myself and order from my table. He told me to order at the counter, so I did. I then seated myself and while I sat and waited for my order, two different customers arrived, was greeted, taken to their seats and ordered from their tables. While waiting on my order, I repeatedly heard the other customers saying thank you. They only came to my table 1 time and that was to bring the food. Never asked how the food was, if I'd like a refill, nothing. On my way out, I asked about the amount I was charged, this tyrant that I initially called a gentleman, began speaking firmly and loudly. I simply paid and left. I will never return to this location.

Wish this wasn't the case but I have to give some harsh feedback. Ordered through Grubhub and we're pretty disappointed. The Coconut Soup tastes like it's been watered down. The chicken was good and it had mushrooms, red/yellow bell beppers and onions. The Pad Thai honestly smelled like dogfood. Hopefully it was just a heavy hand on a certain spice, or maybe even a stale one. There didn't look to be anything visually off...but it smelled like wet dog and when you first open the puppy chow. Both men who ordered tried to power through it but just couldn't as the smell was too strong/off. These dudes love Pad Thai. The Spring Roll were fried and delicious and while the Crab Rangoon was small on the small side, it was delicious and eaten right away. Next time we'll stick with Panang or Thai House.

Decided to get takeout after many promises to myself that I would. Ordered tofu pad see ew and red curry. Noodle was a bit dry- more than I would like, but the flavor was good. Wish it had more vegetables, but I guess I should have asked or just ordered the vegetable option. The curry was nothing special. Good portion of steamed rice, but seemed a bit stale. Not bad for a Thai fix, but nothing I am thinking about afterwards.

This is my local go-to for delivery and takeout Thai food, as in, I no longer really bother trying to find a better Thai place. I have been ordering from Lotus Thai for two years, and this is the spot. love the consistently fresh veggies and the flavors are generally good to spot-on. Do yourself a favor and and order the fresh young coconut green curry, made with fresh young coconut meat. If you like a particularly fiery curry, you may wish to ask for it, as the curries here are on the mild side. The tamarind duck is excellent; sort of a grown-up sweet and sour sauce. The standard Thai restaurant favorites are available here, served with care. I return to Lotus Thai because it never disappoints.

Delicious food and excellent service! Friendly atmosphere! My husband had Pad Thai with duck and a side of fried rice! The fried rice was the best I've had in a long time. I had Glass noodles with veggies and tofu! Delicious! ????
The food was fantastic, followed another review and decided to get their tofu panang curry along with a small cup of their lemon grass( tom yum) soup. Both were delicious.

Best Thai food in OKC. If you are getting take out or delivery they are super fast as well. The portions are pretty large so I'm usually stir frying up my leftover curry the next day for lunch and it's just as good the next day. Super sweet people run it this place. Highly recommend

Terrible customer service. The waitress and cashier in front is rude and doesn't want to work or deal with customers. I called and simply bc she couldn't answer my question she stopped responding to me till I hung up. Called back 8 times and she wouldn't answer. Showed up and she had 3 tables with 6 people total seated. I questioned her and asked her why she stopped responding to me and answering the phone she stumbled got excuses and claimed she was busy rudely. I walked out. Definitely won't be giving them my money.
