Very busy but without being chaotic. The servers were all on top of their game and kind. Our server Izzy was very nice and patient with us. Very helpful and never let our glass get down to half. Edit: management reached out to me within 24 hours and was very authentic in addressing the problem. The manager Kyle, called me and was shocked/disappointed at the quality. I am editing my review to add five stars for service, even though it was after the fact because he really did seem bummed out about my experience and also covered the cost for me to give it another try.
worst experience ever at a Louie's. I ordered 10 wings (half lemon pepper, half sweet chili)....

Used to live in OKC over a decade ago. Every time I'm in town, I always pay Louie's a visit. They have the best fries to my preference (which is shoestring). Great burgers. Great drink menu. Wish I had one back home.
