From the first bite, I was transported—crispy, wood-fired crust, perfectly balanced sauce, and fresh, high-quality ingredients that tasted like they were flown in from Naples. You can tell they care about authenticity. Every slice had that rustic Italian charm—simple, flavorful, and made with love. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had outside of Italy. We were left scrambling for an indoor location to have my daughter's birthday party (due to possible weather conditions). This place agreed. When we arrived I asked to decorate and was given permission to doll it up, and so I did. The kids loved the pizza, they kept the drinks filled. I think this is where I should mention that there were only two men working. They also were not told that there was going to be a large party on their shift. They kept up with us and regular Saturday night business. I hope they know how much I appreciate them.
