They took away the workers PTO! I hope this place goes bankrupt

One of the workers stole my son's hoodie. I won't be returning.

They have not done a good job if keeping up the games/arcade. Same exact games that they had when they opened. Many do not work now but they are still there charging the same price. Not good

When we first started coming here everything was great. Avoid the arcade if unless you want to play broken games. Everything else is great. The games continuously take your money and won’t function. No signs that say they are broke and a long line to get a refund. Then no one goes and turns the game off. This is from skiball and basket ball all the way to the air hockey. No maintenance is being done on the games. But if you want to have some good food, bowl, escape room, and laser tag it’s great.

I took my son to attend a birthday party and that was great...being a lot of kids showed up and enjoyed themselves. The bad part is more than half the games were broke or not working. There was no signs indicating the games didn't work. I probably lost near 100 credits on games that took the credit off my card but the game didn't work. Finally I wanted some food to go for me and my son. I went to the bar and asked for a menu and the guy told me to go see the hostess. I go to the hostess and she tells me to go to the bar. The whole thing was messed up. The bartender had a bad attitude and displayed no type of interpersonal skills. I don't know his name but white caucasian with glasses. He probably needs to be retrained or find a job that he likes , because it was evident he didn't like this one. It was a bad experience and probably won't return.

Great place!

Sat for over an hour and noone came to table. Had to grab the 1st person I saw. Server stated they were short-handed and it may be a minute. It took over an hour just get my drink. I appreciate the server who did come serve me, but it was not worth $20

Ran into an issue with my son but Zach snd Savannah was there to fix my issue. They went about and Beyond for us. Most places would have told me sorry for my luck but those two cared about the problem . It’s the little thing that goes a long way. No more chucky cheese. We will be back mainevent. Thanks for making my son feel special.

They focus on all the other activities and forget about the games. Half the machines wouldn’t work or were out of order all together. Their machine prices are also more expensive than others. Their prize room was a complete mess and the overall feel of the place was no one cared. Also, we needed assistance but there were no attendants on the floor and the ones at the counter were too busy playing on their phones.
