Terrible. This is why we go to round 1 late night. We bought wristbands (all inclusive) and yet at 10:30 what we wanted to do was closed. They don’t close until 1:00! Sending home employees 3 hours BEFORE close for something you are STILL selling is UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANY BUSINESS! what is wrong with you people? Also, the man running the laser tag’s shirt says “certified gravity trainer” yet you can’t let us do what we paid for and said they all went home? Public liars. We should be receiving a refund for this and a BBB rating of F- for false advertisement and wrongful business.

Went here with my family a little while back for the arcade. Honestly one of the worst arcade experiences of my life. I'd say HALF of the machines weren't working. But the ironic part about EVERY SINGLE ONE of these machines that weren't working, is that they were still able to take your money when you swiped to try and play. And as a kid I can see why it wouldn't bother you really, you're not actually keeping track of the points on the card because it's not your money, it's your parents, you're just their to play. But as an adult say maybe with a younger child who needs help swiping the card to play the games, you DEFINITELY keep track of the points on the card. Just blatantly taking people's money by using the ignorance of children who don't know better to keep track of the points on their cards. And of course you can go and talk to an employee and you can go thru the process of explaining what game took your points and how much and getting them reloaded onto the card, but it got to the point it wasn't even worth it because it was happening with SO MANY GAMES. Just wanted to leave quite frankly not come back. I went maybe a month or two ago. And I still see comments from people with the same problems. Which means they KNOW their games aren't working. It's just a way for them to take everyone's money without them knowing. Hoping that not enough parents are going to notice. And yes I will recieve the same AI generated message that everyone else on here with the same issues received and not a thing will be done about the matter. I for one advise for nobody to bring their children to Main Event for the arcade side of the business.

The young lady who sold us cards to play (Latawnda)she was very patient and polite, our first game to play didn't give us balls, the teenager who helped us was rude and hateful, played bowling ordered a beer and it was gross. Overall experience for my daughter bday was pretty good, will give it another try in future.

Went bowling with coworkers, on the clock, as a quarterly moral booster.I had good time and enjoyed myself. Personally I would have preferred the house lights over the black light bowling. Overall, everyone had a good time.
Expensive but fun place to take the kids occasionally.

The place was clean and the staff were super friendly and they definitely treated us wonderfully. ? It was disappointing that the facility had quite a few games out of service ?. They games ? we played were fun. Kids enjoyed the laser tag and the wait time was very acceptable. Stella and Blaze had plenty of fun.

It was really fun except for the wristbands not covering all attractions.When they say “all access” it should include the Escape Rooms but you have to pay extra.That is false advertisement because you have to pay $20 per room for the escape rooms and all access means all attractions are covered.
