Grilled tilapia fillet with caramelized onions and green bell peppers. Served with sliced avocados and a lime wedge.
Camarones a la Diabla
10 shrimp rolled in bacon and a special firey hot salsa.
Tacos de Camaron
2 tacos filled with fried shrimp, lettuce, mango pico de gallo, Sriracha sauce, cilantro, and sprinkled with queso fresco.

Special beef broth with birria (chopped beef) - served with diced onion, cilantro, red reddish, jalapeno, and lime, on the side. There will be an additional charge for any side items ordered.
3 Quesabirria Tacos Dinner
An order of 3 tacos filled with birria, Monterey Jack cheese, onions, cilantro, red reddish, and lime on the side. Served with consume (beef broth) for dipping. There will be an additional charge for any extra side items. No side.
Quesadilla de Biria
A 12" flour tortilla filled with birria, Monterey Jack cheese, onion, and cilantro. Served with guacamole, and sour cream, and consume (beef broth) for dipping.

Diced pork in our special red sauce.

Diced pork in our special green sauce.
Mole de Pollo
A Mexican traditional! Chicken served in a mole sauce. A labor-intensive sauce with many ingredients involved, the most notable being the Mexican chocolate. Here the chicken is cooked in the mole until in has absorbed all the flavors of the mole sauce, a good hour or more.
Milanesa
A thin-cut steak breaded and served with a bed of lettuce, pico de gallo, sliced avocado, and queso fresco.
Torta de Milanesa
A fluffy Mexican bread bun, toasted, and spread with butter, filled with milanesa, beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado slices, mayo and queso fresco, and crema.
Huarache
Flat corn masa toasted on the grill with beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado slices, pico de gallo, and queso fresco.

And has a different taste with everything. Very attentive waiter, better then your corporate Mexican restaurants.

Had the chilie relleno w/no meat and it was delicious! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Very warm and welcoming environment. We stopped on the way home from OKC but it warrants a trip back out that way again.

Nearest restaurant to our hotel.
Coming from New Mexico, expectations were for the standard TexMex fare. Boy, were we wrong. They've got the usual offerings, but much more. My wife played it safe and got the cheese enchiladas. I ordered the Pollo mole. Salsa was good but not spicy enough, so they bought out a chili oil. Still not spicy, so Mama made a special salsa made right then and there. Very flavorful and definitely made the nose run and made the head sweat....
