Marco's Pizza

Update: General Manager, called me the next day.
My concerns were heard and I am satisfied with the solution that was offered to me.

Original: Worst customer service I’ve received from a pizza place, these children running the store have zero respect, I received the wrong order, they gave me the run around for an 90 minutes, said they had a delivery person coming to bring the correct order, I had to call 5 times, still no food,
Spent $50 for food I did not eat, completely full of frustration, empty disappointed tummy.

Haven't had pizza from this location for at least a year. Pizza was a little dry and they've cut back on toppings. Not the Marco's I've had in the past. Girl at the counter wasn't able to find our order for Vince when the name Vincent was in their system for my phone number.

Ordered a pizza bowl today that came with too much garlic sauce in it. Manager tried to argue with me over a simple complaint. $13 isn't worth the drama.

Pizza was great. But the service was not first they forgot something off of our order. Then when I came back to get it I had to wait 10 minutes or somebody even came to the window and when he answered he was kind of rude. Like I was putting him out for doing his job.

We ordered pizza bowls.
They were very good.

Always get the order correct. The food is hot when I get it and I love the cauliflower crust. It never causes me issue. I am gluten sensitive but not celiac.

I get my pizzas with the white sauce instead of the pizza sauce is the pizza sauce is a little too strong for my stomach white sauce is delicious

I ordered online and it was very easy to order and use a discount code. The food has always been excellent.

We love Marco’s pepperoni magnifico. They sent us some coupons for 50% off and we ordered. Triple magnifico and a Caesars salad. Honestly, one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Always fast to pick up.
