Got a chicken club sub from here cause it was the closest place to my job and I didn’t have alot of money, the chicken was so gross I had to just throw it away, it tasted like old frosbitten chicken, was absolutely disgusting…. Don’t ever get a sub from here go to jersey mikes or any why else

Last three times we ordered from there. Our order has been wrong. Either our salads are wrong or the toppings on our pizza is wrong. I don't understand what's going on.

WATCH YOUR RECEIPT. I promised myself after my "Last Visit" to this Marco's, Never Again. Well, driving past this evening, (12-11) , my wife told me to stop. They have this new "Pizzone" to try. Outside the store...And inside the store...ON The Wall..The price is listed $5.99. For each one that I ordered was charged $5.99. This is my second "Yelp" about this Marco's...(No Marco's reply to #1) Marco's makes a fairly good pizza. That is not my issue. My issue is with the management..

The pizza was great as usual - However, I ordered for a pickup, and they must have had some new staff, because when I went in to get my order, there were two people in front of me waiting, and we ALL waited for a LOT longer than we should have. We were all but ignored by the staff either on the phones, or trying to get caught up on orders or having training moments in the kitchen. It wasn't until one of the customers spoke up because he had been waiting for more than 5 minutes and he could see his order sitting there getting cold. Hopefully my next visit will be smoother.

So I order from Marcos Pizza, the one on S. Penn, about twice a month, always online, generally 4 pies. I placed an order from Marcos today, but before doing so I looked at my last four orders from their website. Know what caught my eye??? Each of my past orders had a tip added to it after the credit card was run. Now when I go into a restaurant, I'm a damn good tipper but I tip the server, not the person handing me my food through a window, ok? Now mind you, my receipt didn't show a tip at the time of order and my email confirmation from them didn't show a tip, but their own website is showing a tip added each time. Spoke to the store GM and he said he had no idea. I will be addressing this with corporate but Marcos is about to lost a very regular customer, count on that. And I'm sure the rest of my family will be interested to hear of this as well. Bottom line? Good pizza but they no longer have my trust as a consumer.
