We have ordered on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS and this location NEVER gets the order correct. Then when you call the store to try to fix the mistake, they say sorry the ticket is closed better luck next time. I would HIGHLY recommend if your not getting the buffet to get ready to be disappointed.

Food can be really good. Delivery is never what the mobile app or customer service rep on the phone says. My mobile order said 27-35 minutes. It took an hour.

Went here on 7/13/25. My pizza wasnt exactly right at first so they apologized and fixed it. the staff was willing to make good on the mistake, and that is all i ask for. Good food. Good service. Good deal.

I came to Lunch with a friend of mine, I haven't been to Mazzios in a while and it's always good, especially the buffet. I see some changes have been made among the wall and everyone was at their best, thanks we'll be back sooner or later thanks much Love

I had the buffet if you call it that. They had a few cold pizzas that were hard and the salad bar had vegetables cut so large you couldn’t use them in a salad and most of the toppings were empty. Mostly empty restaurant yet dirty tables everywhere and a worker just sitting there folding pizza boxes

We love this mazzios. Employees are always nice. Food is always hot and fresh every time I order pick up. Ranch is phenomenal. We don't go to many chain restaurants, but this one is great.

Tried to order some wings and they lied to my delivery person saying I canceled the order and refused to make it. Pretty lame.
