Mazzio's Italian Eatery

If I could give this negative stars I would. Walked in and waited nearly 5 minutes to be greeted and no one came out to so we left. Meanwhile there where was someone that was asleep in one of the booths. After we got in our car there was someone in a Mazzio's shirt that came out and got in their car and left.

I just wanna say I come thru here frequently and have gotten pepperollies quite a few times and I was highly unsatisfied with how thy turned out today. They were “okay” compared to how they normally taste and the look of them is terrible. I’ve never seen them like this. Usually I have such a great experience but in very unsatisfied with my trip tonight. They all looked like this vs how they normally look

As I sit here in the waiting room after I ordered online saying it would take 15 mins. I get here 20 mins later and they tell me it will be 15 more mins so they hadn’t even started yet basically. When I ask why they haven’t started yet they say “ we don’t know.” Horrible customer service and communication at this location. Don’t even waste your time going here

Edit: Someone did reach out to me to personally apologize and said that they were making changes to ensure a better experience from here on out but besides the service the food is always good.

All the cheese is falling off and the pizza is cold. Looks like it’s been tossed around a bit.

Food is decent for the price. I have mixed feelings on giving a rating for the service as I ordered delivery and it took almost an hour longer to be delivered from what was estimated. The delivery guy blamed it on the manager giving him too many orders at the same time. I live less than a mile away... I could have walked and gotten my order faster.
The only reason the service isn't a 1 star is because I called customer service to find out what's going on and they refunded my whole order.
I'll order from them again... But maybe I'll just stick to picking up from now on.

Cool old school restaurant. We got a thin crust combo pizza and tasted worst then a frozen pizza from the grocery store. It has zero flavor. I've had cafeteria pizza taste better. My 6 year old who loves any pizza said it was gross. That's says a lot. We had to throw it away and find the closest Pizza Hut to get the nasty taste out of our mouth.

Best location in the evening, I don't usually visit in the afternoon. They usually get my order correct and my family enjoys the lunch buffet when we can go.

There BBQ Sauce on wing's doesn't have the bitter after taste that artificial sugars leave that only half the population can taste.

My pizza and dippers were awesome! Mazzio's ranch dressing is always divine! The service was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better supper tonight! Thanx, guys!
