Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings

This Mazzios has a buffet all day everyday!! Which is great. Its reasonably priced and the salad bar is always stocked. The staff is very nice. And they keep the buffet nice and tidy, even during the rush hour.

Had the Salad Bar special, it was very good. The Staff were very helpful and professional.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a chicken Alfredo last bake which I’ve had from a different mazzios and was delicious. This disgusting, pathetic, non-edible, sad noodles with NO Alfredo sauce whatsoever is what came in place. I’m appalled. My husbands pizza was pretty gross too. Not mazzios quality.

Wings tasted old as if they were left over and reheated. Neither fries or ravioli were crispy. Cheese dippers were ok but not as good as Marcos or Little Ceasars and cost 2x as much

Just left this place and we had a horrible experience. They over charged us 8$ and when we brought it up to who I assume is the manager, he caught an attitude and didn't listen to what the issue was fully, so he didn't fix it fully. He only refunded us 1$ and that only covered the cost of the ranch dip we didn't ask for but were charged for anyway. Because of the way the manager acted we chose to just leave it be and pay the extra 7$ rather than deal with him again. The cashier who made the original mistake was not instructed on how the advertised deal worked, and admitted to such, and that is not her fault. Furthermore, she was not corrected and told how to avoid that mistake, and that manager had a similar unpleasant attitude with her that he had with us. Overall a bad time, we will not be returning and I suggest others stay away.

This particular location is one my son and I go to when he is not in school or I go to for lunch. The daytime weekday manager has been there for 15 years I believe he said when I asked him. I just know I have seen him for over 10 years since living on this side of town. He and his staff are always awesome. He knows us so well that he knows my son wants a soft drink and I want water and we want a pepperoni pizza deep pan as a request to be made for the buffet. We eat our salads in the meantime. Nothing beats a fresh deep pan pizza right out of the oven. The salad bar is always stocked and clean. They always have two diff type of shows to watch on the two tv's they have in there and every once in awhile music playing. The restaurant is clean inside. You can tell they don't mind coming to work unlike other locations. The Edmond one my son and I went to ONCE after some Karen like manager lady said they don't do any deep pan/request for the buffet. Basically you get what you get. We have never been back. So many other locations other than that one in Edmond. If you can't make it to the one near 122nd and Penn go to the NW 23rd one. That was my alternate when I worked on that side of town and great staff and Managers as well as your request are very much welcome.

They delivered to the wrong address, I called them and they wouldn't help me out in any way or issue a refund. Do Not recommend ordering from this location
