Whoever made my potato soup and ham and cheese melt, prepared it with love! Omg I’m sick and this is an amazing experience and the food was handled with care and tastes delicious! I just wish I asked for more crackers. Thank you so much!

We come here often.
After we sat down the lady brought our food.
I had a question about the receipt.
Apparently their prices have increased.
The kids meals are now $3.99 and the sides are no longer included, they are an additional $1.25.
That’s fine, but the look on the employee’s face and the way she explained it was literally the most rudest experience.
If answering a question is such a problem, maybe just stay in the back so you don’t have to interact w the customers.
The bread was burnt. You can clearly see it but the served it anyways. I didn’t send it back, I’m not risking the already rude person spitting in my food.
The prices is NOT WORTH the food we got. My daughters Mac and cheese had little pieces of colored stuff in it that she had to pick out.
Almost $30 for garbage food and crappy service.
Do better McAlister’s.

I ordered to pick two I had the broccoli cheddar soup and half black Agnes club let's start with the sandwich the bread was extremely hard even with all the vegetables and sauce it was hard the broccoli cheddar soup had so much water that's all you tasted and it was so waterd down I just drank it this place used to be good but the quality of food and customer service has went down I won't be eating there anymore the whole meal was nasty not worth the money

I ordered a $9 bowl of chili and they gave me soup. I used a colander and strained the sauce and was left with less than 1/3 of my bowl. ?

Suzy went above and beyond without me asking for anything. She over heard me and responded promptly when I would have just eaten the food as is. She is shy maybe but that doesn't stop her from doing a job well done.

Okay place, a little loud and hectic around lunch. (watched a kid crawl around on one the long tables while dad played on his phone) I got the flatbread and could hardly chew it, I had to pull out my pocket knife to cut it because the knife they gave me wouldn't. The other people in my party said their food was okay. but nothing to write home about. If this is a chain and in Michigan I might give them a second chance.

Last night our group 17 came in. Our server Aaron was very attentive to our needs and checked on us regularly. He was friendly and had an attitude of “I can make this great.” Suzy also helped but it was Aaron’s positive attitude and no stop hard work that impressed me. More people need to watch this young man in action and learn! Thank you Aaron for your hard work you will go far in life! Kevin

Excellent service and delicious food

Orders were incredibly slow. When I first arrived I stood at the counter a long time before any employee walked past. I waved. He said just a minute. He did accept my money and said yep, that is probably ready.
No, sorry. Have a seat. Im still waiting with 4 people who were here before me. People who did get their orders, complained they were missing several items. He was argued with. He had to show his receipt, show his food and prove those items were all missing. 5 people sitting waiting for called in orders that should have been ready.
