Went tonight for early dinner with our 2 grand kids 5 and 18 mths. The lady that I asked to get us a high chair could not have been nicer. She wiped it down and followed me to our table with the high chair. We talked about grand kids while I got the smallest situated. Once my wife returned with the oldest, she came back several times to check on us. The littlest started with a melt down so we had to leave in a rush so I didn't properly thank her but she made our dinner...

We love McAlisters’s and specifically SUZY. She always offers to help us in any way she can with a smile and a great attitude. She is at the S. Western location in OKC and we typically only go to that location because of SUZY. Thanks Suzy for your kindness to us always.

Whoever made my potato soup and ham and cheese melt, prepared it with love! Omg I’m sick and this is an amazing experience and the food was handled with care and tastes delicious! I just wish I asked for more crackers. Thank you so much!
