Never heard of this chain being from out of town(west coast). Had a great chicken sandwich that was prepared nicely. Will go again if I have the opportunity.

I've been here a few times and the staff is always happy and eager to help. They do strive for great service and I haven't been disappointed yet. The manager, Jefrey, was polite and helpful himself. I commend this McAlister's above the rest across the metro.

We stop here occasionally for lunch on our way home on a Saturday as we are in OKC serving at our church LDS Temple. The food is good and not to expensive.

i have been going to this specific location for the past 3 years & haven’t had many issues. however, i recently got the worst food poisoning i have ever experienced. i got my regular half smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich with a baked potato on 10/20 around 9:30 pm. i felt a little sick before bed around maybe 11-12 & then woke up around 2 am & felt deathly ill (this went on for a little over TEN HOURS). i am pretty sure i got listeria due to all of my symptoms. i had to go to the hospital because of how sick i was/needing extra fluids. i am unsure if there are many cases of listeria going around or not right now, but just please be careful when eating deli meat, especially at this location for now in my opinion

How do you lose a ticket in the middle of a rush? I wouldn't care so much if I wasn't physically ill, but honestly, nobody should have to wait over 45mins for 2 simple menu items.

Well first time here at this McAllister. Our food arrived to our table but there was food debris on our plates. Reported to the server that our plates are dirty. They apologized and replaced our food on clean plates. We enjoyed our luncheon after all.
