I was standing in line waiting to get a drink and the assistant manager Desiree ignores me and gets the person behind me. The lady behind me was nice enough to wait her to turn just like she was supposed to. I turned to the assistant manager and said “that was rude” The assistant manager Desiree said well she was getting a refill. So your going ignore me first to get this lady behind me bc she's white? I was getting the SAME thing. The manager gets my drink but hands to the employee next to her so she wouldn't face me how PATHETIC YOU ARE FOR THAT. All you had to do was turn around and hand me the drink 😂 I called you out and wouldn't even face me at the end. Get a new job if you don't like it 😂 getting a drink is not that hard Desiree 😂😂😂

They are rude and manager underminds the customer after they make mistakes . Total time girls giggling as I waited patiently after mistake one then to reorder and find bacon over my veggie salad then manager acted like that’s not a big deal . Won’t be back !

I stopped to place a catering order for my clinics. I spoke and met with Desiree, assistant manager, and she was absolutely great! Thus was my first time ordering from McAlister's but my team requested it and I'm glad they did! She was professional friendly and knowledgeable of the products offered here and gave me options that work for both clinics. I also tried the food while I waited to receive the email to pay for my order. I chose the potatoe soup and half classic sandwich which both were fresh. The soup was hot and very good! The service is received was A1. The place was clean and the atmosphere friendly. I will definitely order from this location again.

Manager is very rude my order was burnt and I can never see how they look over it and still put it in the bag like it was okay..After I call they didn’t try to offer anything or nothing and I had to ask for my refund that’s sad and they definitely negative -2 meanwhile why deliver that to anyones job

Went for a late lunch with wife. I had a reward for a free entree and wife got the kids spud and tomato and cucumber side. I got the Italian sub and side salad, pretty tasty. I think it’s hit or miss sometimes.
