Food was wonderful...but there was nobody at the front counter to take my order and when they did come into the service area, they still didn't wait on me for several minutes longer. Waited for my to go order for a looong time.... but food was delicious!

I ended up getting the last caramel apple cookie of the night. I didn’t know what kind of cookies they had, and this kind sounded good. It tastes like an oatmeal raisin, and 90% of the time you can’t taste a difference but, every once in a while the caramel and the apple shine in. I’d definitely get another, any day.

I will tell you, Several times I have visited this location, given many opportunities to give it another go, and the employees are struggling with professionalism and hospitality. One employee was more focused on her phone than placing my order, secondly an most importantly employees handling ready to eat foods and desserts without gloves, and taking out trash without washing hands before preparing food. I saw it from the kitchen window. That is disgusting and food poisoning comes into play. Will not be back. I addressed it with management and they assured me I was wrong.

I ordered a Caesar salad with avocado and it was the saddest salad I’ve ever had. The lettuce was soggy. Barely any cheese. The avocado was brown. I don’t know who has the audacity to serve it but I won’t be back. Terrible. I didn’t even eat it.
Parking: Google sent me to the hospital next door but it’s in a building next to the hospital.

We went to this McAlister's about 1:30 pm on a Monday. We ordered a New Yorker with fruit salad, nachos and a kid's chicken cheese and broccoli with a fruit salad.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was excellent. The sandwich was perfection.
The nachos, usually, are just like the picture. Not today. There was little to no cheese sauce with a few sprinkles of shredded cheese. The avocado was predominantly gray and dark gray. The tomatoes were very few and only maybe 2 pieces.
The chicken, cheese and broccoli had basically no cheese at all. The broccoli while warm was not cooked at all.
The fresh fruit was not remotely fresh. The strawberries were slimy and molded. The pineapple was either pure core or outer peel.
We spent just under $60 after being prompted for a tip. A tip? For what? While they do bring your food to the table, there is no table service. None of the employees should be earning the $2.10 standard for waitstaff.
I did speak to the manager. She couldn't have been less concerned. However, she did have plenty of sarcasm.
I didn't ask or expect a refund or free food. I was letting them know that this is not the quality I have come to expect from McAlister's. After the lack of concern from the manager; The glaring looks; the pure sarcastic response and the obvious and loud talking about us to other customers and staff, we will not be returning.
Panera is located just a little further down the road. I think I'll find out how they treat their customers.
$60 for lunch for 3. Paid it happily before because the food and treatment made it worthwhile. Today, with inedible spoiled food and treated like dirt, we won't be back.
Sandwich was fine but why did I pay an extra $3 for gross soup, I didn’t even open it bc potato soup should not be watered down like it was, I have video of it as well but google wont let me upload it lol

I love McAllisters and I’m not a complainer but this specific location now for the THIRD time has failed to put any caesar dressing on my chicken caesar wrap and for the 2nd time in a row didn’t get my side??? I use the app and every location I’ve been to in OKC is great but this one. Seriously tho how does one forget to put caesar dressing on a CEASER wrap 3 times? And my sides that I paid for! Guess it’s my fault for going back here tho but like I said I love McAlister’s
