Went in there today the guy that greeted me was extremely nice but seemed overwhelmed, and he had to take because the other worker was busy chatting and hanging out with somebody. It looked like the call that he was taking an order on took a minute, so even though I got there first, and I should’ve had my order taken They took the phone call Which I found extremely rude so I will not be returning.

I went by for the first time ever. I’ve never been to Mcalisters. The young lady at the register mumbled. It was very hard to understand her dialogue. I had to lean in and ask her what she actually said to me the first time. She corrected my speech when I asked her about a potato. She said to me that they were out of spuds. Out of food? I’m out. Don’t bother.

The staff is so great there! Everyone up front knows me by name. I love Anastasia, Regina, and Mary!
The staff are great, but they only have one person taking orders anytime I have been in. That creates a problem because the menu is so good some people take too long to decide. Don't expect the customers to be thoughtful and step aside, we have non Okies in the city now and not all are as courteous as we would like them to be...yet.

I usually pick up McAlisters at least once a week and normally it’s great. However, tonight I was given the saddest chicken salad sandwich I’ve ever seen. I understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a mistake. This was just plain disregard. They were already closed by the time I got home with my meal, otherwise I would have taken it back. It’s frustrating to spend money on something, only to get home and realize you have to find something else for dinner. This was nothing more than a slice of tomato on toast with a chicken salad garnish.

Ordered two club sandwiches not choose two, which was two halves not two whole clubs. Planned this for two meals. Also the potato salad had rubbery chewy egg like the the egg had been in vinegar too long. Ugh 😑
