I am super impressed with the service at this McDonald's. It's like eating at a restaurant not a "fast food" restaurant. The owner, I assume, is on top of everything. The manager is very attentive and the entire staff is friendly. The space is very clean.

I’m a frequent buyer at this location because my house is like 2min driving but today is very disappointed the girl work there name MELISSA LOPEZ is very rude and scream at me not even try to listen to customers very very bad service

They typically have errors in orders and are slower compared to I-40 and mustang Rd. They won't let you buy just the happy meal toy alone as other locations allow it.

I have given this location multiple tries. They’ve missed items in my to go orders causing me to drive back up. Today I pulled in the drive through. I went to the inside lane. There was no other cars behind me or in the second drive through. A car pulled up on the outside and ordered. I said hello. A second car pulled up and they ordered again they didn’t take mine, after the third car I went inside and they were again very slow. I’ll never go back to this location again!

i love coming to this specific mcdonalds in the morning because a lot of Latina and hispanic women work the mornings, and they all pronounce my name the same way my MIL does and it always makes me feel happy :)

This is the slowest McDonald's in the area. 30 minutes in line and they don't even acknowledge the outside lane.
I went to pick up an order inside, and they are 3 people behind me in line. The manager and employees were too busy taking care of the drive-thru and didn't care about people inside because I said out loud "Hello" She looked at me and just ignored it. 6 minutes later, she came and trying to work on the cashier...She said " I couldn't get my cashier to work. Go to the screen and do it yourself." Then she turns around and walks away. Wow! how rude? She is not smiling and not polite. I understand it is a stressful job but dealing with customers is her job. She is the manager there, Her name is LAURA (Hispanic female). Rude !!!!

all the food was cold that i got and i got 3 meals, the quarter pounders that are “made fresh” are cold like they been sitting out 9 times out of 10 fries are always rock hard because how cold they are all around do not go here your going to be waiting 30 mins for your food just to get it as cold as possible, this place needs to be shut down asap because the GENERAL MANAGER aka samantha has no idea how to run a business nor restaurant. everyone just go to the other mcdonalds down the street because that one actually knows how to do customer service and actually knows how to make food fresh.

So the last two nights before I come to my overnight shift I have stopped by this new McDonald's in my area the first night my French fries were cold I circled back through the drive-thru so that the gentleman at the window could actually feel them now tonight I ordered the same thing two double cheeseburger PLAIN I ORDER IT PLAIN SO THAT IT IS THE SIMPLEST THING TO MAKE SOMEHOW IT WAS STILL NOT MADE CORRECTLY. Food is fine! Just takes 10 minutes and you have to go in to get if after they make you park and wait.
Just go to the one a few miles north. It's a world of difference.
I can't understand why you have 3 cars waiting on orders and you have at least 2 employees and a manager NOT helping at all. She was a nice lady but she's just standing up front talking.
