Several cars sat in the 2nd drive through and never got helped we had to circle back around and get back in line it was on going with all the vehicles then I them when I got to the window what was going on and if they wasn’t going to use it they needed to block it off and she was very rude and did not care at all absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant

Really underrated restaraunt most people hate the service but honestly I didn't care. I ordered, it took awhile, sure but the people who took my order were just learning English. I hardly even speak one language

I don’t recommend this McDonald’s. They are always super slow getting orders out, and normally I wouldn’t mind waiting—but the orders are almost always missing something.
This time, it was something as simple as ranch that I paid 70 cents for (2 of them). They didn’t include it, and when we went back, they said they had purposely left it out because they ran out. The frustrating part is they didn’t bother telling us before we drove off.
When we returned, they told us to pick a different sauce—but none of their other sauces go well with fries (and I’m not a ketchup fan). It’s just really poor communication and consistent sloppiness with orders.

So I went in, I ordered on the kiosk and there was a guy ordering on the kiosk next to me. He receives his food within 5 minutes and I’m sitting hoping mine comes out next. I wait 15-20 minutes for an employee to ask me what I ordered. He takes a picture of what I ordered and goes to the back and makes it. Then I waited 10 more minutes for them to actually make it and when it came out, my mango pineapple smoothie wasn’t even blended…bad experience

It is an amazing place for anyone to just chill and hangout! It was an amazing experience with great timing on our food to be brought to us. Using the app when ordering at the kiosk is such a great way to order. I love being able to get my points and ordering food for here conveniently! I love coming here and all the great employees make it a great experience every time. Will continue to come to this amazing establishment!!! P.S. Truett was a great help on giving his favorites for some food and they turned out amazing.

The place has such a cozy vibe and the young man who brought us our food was a cheery delight! His name was Truett and in my book, I think his exceptional service deserves a raise. McDonalds is always delicious and the absolute pinnacle of fast food. I will be returning for all of my future dinner parties and celebrations and I hope I catch Truett working each time!
You refuse to make pies and give out cookies as a replacement.. ordered a mcchicken with no lettuce. Got a made yesterday mcchicken with xtra lettuce and no mayo. Did I mention the piece of tire that I got for a chicken patty. . Place is garbage
