While trying to order our food, the cashier could barely hear us. So we raised our voices so they could hear us. They then got angry and yelled at us for being too loud, telling us to stop yelling. They then, with an attitude, told us to repeat our order, but not yell again. This was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful.

For the Sw59th and penn location. It's bananas in there and my food is always hot, accurate and fast. Employees are always very nice as well. They do a great job at this location.
This time the service was no help , I was asking a question which they would not even acknowledge much less help with , the drive through was busy so I was trying to get them to answer so order wasnât wrong but could get nothing back but basically hurry up the order and pull forward . I do where I was fixing it in app and asking something which came no help no reply es , just turning around until I figured it out . Then I go forward which the fries was cold . I needed up with nothing to drink . I love McDonaldâs fries and French vanilla lattes or Carmel ice coffee so I come often. Bad night for food, but not your fault. I always love McDonslds.
