I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and I had ordered some biscuits and gravy this morning. That is the only food I have ingested today, and now I have an extreme food poisoning, Clostridium perfringens, this type of food poisoning is found in gravies that have been left at an unsafe temperature for a prolonged amount of time. Thanks McDonald’s, I’ll never return to this restaurant.

On 2/18/2024 at around 7pm, we went through the drive thru and when we received our food we noticed we were missing some things so we went inside and they gave us our missing items. When we got home and took a bite of our burgers, we noticed the meat was raw. It was disgusting! We drove back, went inside, and we requested a manager. I heard someone behind the wall where the drinks are say, "I do NOT want to speak to people todayyy" and minutes later, someone came to the counter finally and asked what we needed. Informed them we wanted a full refund since our burgers were raw. They did give us our refund but no apology what so ever. This place used to have better food and service, not sure what's happening but something needs to be changed.

I order from here often because of convince, always mobile, always the same, and yet they can never do it right, all I ask for is meat and cheese only, they never get it right, they’re always rude when I ask for it fixed, 99% of the time they ignore me when I ask to have it fixed, it’s for my husband, and it’s easier then how it’s normally made, so obviously it’s all laziness to pay attention to what the costumer wants and disrespectful overall, I work in the food industry, I know how it works, I would never do any of this to my own customer.
Got order wrong it says buy one get the other for a dollar which was not the case they told me they did not know how to do it, so I end up paying full

I put in a simple order through the mobile app. All I wanted was a Mcdouble meal with meat, cheese, and onions ONLY. Despite my burger being labeled ONIONS ONLY, they put everything on it. When I called and wanted a refund (because the McDonald's app can TAKE your money but cannot REFUND it back) they said I would have to wait until tomorrow morning. Now it's late at night, I have no edible food (pickles make me VOMIT, thanks for the VOMIT BURGER guys), and not a single person at this location OR at the corporate customer service center could help me. I'd be more understanding if the location had been busy, but there were only 3 cars in the drive-thru and a bunch of workers were just chilling around the drive-thru window. Once I get my meal completely refunded, I will NEVER come back to this location again. And I'm not some old Karen; when I say I won't be back to this location, I mean it.
