This restaurant is primarily operated by people of Hispanic / Mexican origin. The restaurant itself was very clean. So I gave these guys four stars for that but customer service and the quality of the food needless to say was not what I expected. I was in the area for 2 days June 19th and the 20th of 2025. On my first visit I had to wait almost 15 minutes to gain access to an unoccupied restroom which is kept locked for safety reason in which I understand because of the location what bothered me was the fact that there was an employee standing at the counter engaging in what appear to be a friendly conversation with two people who are not buying anything from McDonald's instead selling her what appear to be some kind of fruit. I had to interrupt that conversation otherwise she would have never acknowledged my presence. I didn't order any food that day that situation just ruined my appetite. The next day I decided to place a mobile order in my experience with this service usually by the time I get in the store from my truck The order is already sitting on the count but this occasion again I had to wait at least 20 minutes before I got my food. Cheeseburger was fine but the fries.... the one thing McDonald's is so famous for appeared to be burnt if I didn't know any better I would say they use the same fryer to cook everything that needs to be fried in that restaurant ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ž

I wouldn’t give them one star but I had to I’m tired of them they have got my order wrong four times in a row and purposely put onions on our order not just on the burger inside the cheese and all over the whole burgers was covered in onions fire everyone and get some real employees already 😤
