Staff was very rude around lunchtime. I got a combo inside and they wouldn't give me my drink until my food was ready, then told me I couldn't get refills from the machine. They were acting crazy.

Not very customer oriented. Called hr and half ahead of time hoping I could bring my 4yr old his favorite meal which is the mcdouble plain and was told no. Yet when I worked there we didn't mind.
