Don’t use Mobile Order here. We placed our order 10 minutes in advance and got a notification that it was ready a couple minutes before we arrived. When I pulled up, there was a long line of 7-8 cars. I entered the spot I was in and waited over 15 minutes while every car in the drive-thru paid and left. I finally had to go inside to pick up my order myself. It was clear they waited until the drive-thru was empty before fulfilling my mobile order.

No help order food online they said they didn’t have my order and they couldn’t do nothing about it thought maybe I ordered it at a different location came back and used I code was told that it wasn’t valid but on app it showed that is was used

I placed a drive thru order, drove away, and realized it was the wrong order. No big deal. I go back to the McDonald’s to tell them that I received the wrong order. I was then told that it was my fault because I drove away. In a drive thru. I drove away after receiving a bag at a drive thru. And it’s my fault? I also bought a macchiato and got a small black coffee instead. When I told them they brought me a large black coffee instead. Overall very disappointed and sad that I was so nice to them but didn’t get that treatment back.
