the woman work there were so rude and rude to the customer they refused the old people bring their service dog and when the customer leaving the lady keep talking and say rude stuff!!

Absolutely the rudest manger ever worker the window ,I ordered a 20pc nugget and got BBQ with it , when I got to the window I asked for ranch for my other food and he said rudley that it's in the bag (only to leave and no BBQ be in the bag) and then argued and wouldn't let me get more then one ranch , the middle aged Asian manger should be fired immediately

Here lately I've noticed the fries seem warm, not hot and have had several that were hot/warm on the outside and cold or still somewhat frozen, a little disappointing.

Did not take my order in a timely fashion. Bacon McDonald’s meat was burnt and buns were hard. (Like the burger had been sitting). Usually, their service is better; But between them: not having sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets, not putting the BBQ in the bag, not taking my order at the menu, and giving me cold food, but warm fries. The service was poor and I’m over the top in frustration with this McDonald’s. Should try to get refunded?

Although I go here a lot they are always busy an sometimes employees will walk by an not greet me or even look at me. Although I don't care about that that's what most costumers are looking for. I enjoy the food that's what matters to me always fresh food

Ordered online for some reason it put it for the drive thru so when I told them I was there to pick my food up it took them 15 almost 20 min to get my food mind you they are passing each other they're phones looking at messages when they could of gave me my food my food was cold I will never return to this location
I don't like junk food, it doesn't have the real taste of meat and also a lot of fat.

I went through the drive through and they forgot my mchicken so I went in with my receipt and stood there for 20 minutes nobody greeted me or anything there was 7 people in there waiting nobody helped us at all . Just because yall have them kiosk doesn’t mean u can ignore everybody !
