McDonald’s - 7525 S. Western 3am Overnight manager is the worst. You shouldn’t have to go back 2 times for your order to continue to be wrong. Then they never answer their phones! I called 27 times back to back with no one ever answering! There were no other customers in the drive thru until the second time I went back they bc they forgot an item. Then I get home and get let down, their burgers are so dry it’s ridiculous! By the time I made it home my fries were cold! This location is ridiculous!

Manager was rude and making EVERYONE to use the kiosk. I DON'T USE KIOSKS OR SELF CHECKOUT!! Then you pay cash they have to take it anyway! Customer service SUCKS!

Would leave zero stars i I could. When I got home I was missing a sausage, Eddie and cheese mcgriddle and 2 sausage burritos. I called the store twice and rang forever then started beeping. So no im without food and money. No wonder this place only has like 3 stars. If I could've talked to someone and they made it right then probably wouldn't leave this review.

For the most service and was good but, my order was the dollar meal and I asked for 2 spicy mcchickens and a medium fry. We get home and there is only 1 spicy chicken sandwich. When you go here or any fast check bag before you leave to make sure you get what you ordered.
