Service behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Place was clean. Only issue was the lady mopping floors wouldn't let people though doors where she was cleaning and got mad at anyone that stepped on the floor. Would have been understandable but she mopped such big areas in an open restaurant.

Very disappointing. What appeared to be a homeless man passed out on the sidewalk at the entrance. Informed employee of what I saw. Employee looked at me as “who cares”. I requested that she call 911 as that is not good for business. She did not.
Establishment states they open at 5:00am, while I had to honk the car horn several times to get service, until finally at 5:15. This is not the first time.
The food is slapped together sloppily, the wrap around the sandwich was not there. Sandwich was stuffed in bag next to the balled up wrapper.
Owner, this local needs help. Be a steward of the community and fix your store. You can do better than this.

No access to restrooms with out having employee to unlock the door all because the homeless people leave the place dumped and no power plug to plug in your business laptop, employees are nice that pretty much it

The guy at the drive threw barely spoke English, and neither did the lady that gave us our food, while the food was ok-ish our coffees and drinks tasted like dirty sink water.

At this location If you say your fries are cold they will drop the exact fries in the grease and give them right back to you. Also, order is never correct for some reason. Customer service is horrible!! Bad representation of downtown Oklahoma City!!
The food is okay here, but the service is terrible. Employees seem more interested in chatting in the back than helping customers, and the atmosphere is lacking, and the whole place just seems sketchy and unsafe regardless of the polish they try to put on.

Me and my family went here for lunch. I am completely unimpressed with the service here. We needed a water cup for my 1 year old nephew, and they charged us .75 cents for a water cup.... even though we spent easily $30 on food here. Also, we asked for a free soda refill (we already bought the soda cup) and were denied unless we paid them another .75cents. That would have been all fine and dandy, but when we asked for the bathroom code, instead of just providing it, they had to walk us over to the bathroom and put it in themselves. And the cherry in top, is when we needed to take my nephew to the bathroom to change him, there was no diaper changing station which is bewildering considering that mcdonalds bases their whole thing as being a FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT. We were forced to change him on a cold and very public bench, and then were met with disgusting stares from the workers. I have had terrible service before but this is definitely in the top 10. I don't care the blatant racism towards my family members, or the rude staff working around 1:30pm on 6/23/2025.
