My daughter asked for Mcdonald's for her birthday dinner. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the amazing crew from last night at McDonald’s! They went above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday—singing “Happy Birthday” to her and making her feel so special. My daughter has special needs, and seeing the joy on her face was priceless. Even her grandma, who is living with dementia, lit up with excitement during the singing.
The food was fantastic, fresh, and just what we hoped for, but what truly stood out was the kindness, patience, and warmth of the staff. Their genuine care turned an ordinary meal into a memory we’ll never forget.
We are so grateful for the outstanding service and for making our family’s day so bright. This crew deserves all the recognition!

Recently had a terrible experience with a manager, and had another manager follow up with me about the incident a couple days later. The second manager (Blaze), was very professional, and concerned with the way I was treated and did what he could to make things right. We all make mistakes and what really matters is how we come back from our mistakes. Blaze resolved the issues I had and I will gladly continue giving them my business.

Someone left a gum wrapper in my food I am not lying I’m just not gonna go back up there they offered to make a new one but I don’t trust it tbh

Shame on McD's for the overpriced poor quality products being pushed out the door!!! I wanted a light snack and ordered a fish sandwich, fish was dried out and hard around the edges plus cost more than a burger! Any fool knows it cost more to raise beef than use scraps of fish for a patty. There was a small strip of cheese that didn't cover the bun or fish! At the price they're charging, there should be two patties of fish because mine was mostly breading. I'm done patronizing this place!!!! Then I was upcharged for a large drink that I didn't ask for because I seldom drink a whole small drink, let alone pay to throw out a large one! My funds will go anyplace other than here.
