The breakfast staff that gives you the food is very rude. I had to tell her I needed my drinks. She had to confirm with the manager that it was my drink. They are in such a hurry to clear the screen ( to stop the timer), they don't remember the orders.

Waited 20 minutes for a simple 5 dollar meal deal , then they forgot the nuggets so I had to drive and wait in line again, this place is a joke, that’s what you get for hiring literal kids for night shift, I will never come back here again, this location is a joke!

Placed a pick up order and when I showed up to pick it up they said it was canceled on their end. Was never given an explanation or a refund because they said it would go back to my account within a couple business days. Of course it did not! Staff was rude and very unprofessional. I was not the only one in there having issues with their service. Am not going to bother to argue over a McDonalds meal but definitely don’t recommend coming to this location!

I ordered a sweet tea and an icee with half strawberry, half coke. She barely glanced at me twice. She took my order with her head down the entire time while scrolling her text messages. Lousy customer service. AND she didn't get the strawberry in the icee.....

Been standing here for 20 minutes waiting on my food and it’s a lobby full of people. A person got here after me and they got their food before me. Bad customer service and I will not be returning.
