If zero starts with an option. It would be selected. Easily the worst location on the southside of I-240. Customer service was horrible, they forgot one of our straws. Had to holler out twice just to get somebody to come to the counter. Food was also cold. Avoid this location if possible

This location sucks big time. Came through with a mobile order for breakfast, sat in line for 5 minutes before they told me they would not be serving me breakfast even though the app allowed me to place a breakfast order. To make it all better they did not refund me and told me my order automatically cancelled because it was never made but I still got charged. Go to McDonald’s on Penn might be busier but it’s worth the wait!!!

They have never once got my order right every time I come there they always tell me to pull forward and they will bring my food out when I’m watching multiple cars drive off behind me. That place needs to be shut down.

I asked to add Mac sauce and got my burgers with no sauce so I brought it back and had it remade so I take it the cooks decided to be funny and put so much sauce that it was inedible this was the worst experience I have ever had PERIOD

Ordered from the app, got to the store after paying through the app and was told I didn't have a order, and they charged my credit card for the order, the biggest issue no employee at this store under stands english
