Attempted to call after not being answered at the intercom and was immediately hung up on after stating I’ve waited for 10+ minutes. Exceptionally poor customer service. I urge you to never make a stop at this McDonalds.

Ordered ahead still had to wait in line then told to pull into a spot just to wait another 10 min. Finally get my food i get home and missing an item also a flat coke.

I was in the hospital and my fiancé came to get me and our kids food ordered 4 $5 meal deals and every item of that was horrible. Fries soggy , burger patty’s old and they just threw the condiments all over It sloppy so the whole half of the burger buns was soggy with ketchup, and the nuggets was soggy as well not even hard just soggy. Our teas were supposed to be sweet not one was a sweet tea. I called the McDonald and spoke with the manager at the location at the time who apologized and said she wrote down my fiancé name and to send him the next day and would replace. We both go the next day only for the manager working that can barely speak English look at him with crazy disrespectful facial expressions and tell him no “Issa too mush”. IF WE PAY FOR THIS FOOD IT SHOULD BE EATABLE OR REMADE. I’m so tired of paying for food at these places just for them to be not worth the money. An then the managers act

If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. The drive-thru employees are consistently careless and have messed up my order multiple times. It’s unacceptable how often this happens. Management seriously needs to address the lack of attention and professionalism here.
