Ordered an iced coffee with two shots of espresso and a large coke, once we finally got to the first window we were informed that the espresso machine wasn't working. Ok so we got the coffee without the espresso, then got to the window and waited 8 minutes on the coke. The window was open and we mentioned that we were only waiting on a coke and the girl said I know and when we went to say something she slammed the window in face.

Did curb side pick up waited outside for 30 minutes for the food just to go in for them to tell me they're waiting on fries. Didn't realize it takes 30 minutes to cook fries. But it doesn't stop the people that came in after us to get their food.Worst service ever.

Waited 30 minutes when I’m the only person in the lobby ordering food. I tried getting my drinks while waiting and no one will look by way even when I’ve waved them down and made eye contact they act like they didn’t see me. AGAIN the only person in the lobby.

I usually like to take my niece to the McDonald’s on Penn but instead of enjoying my time and being able to play with my niece the manager I think her name was Diana was being so rude to everyone but especially this guy that had ordered food and it wasn’t coming up on the screens but it had took money out of his account and instead of her trying to be polite and try to help or explain she was being overly rude and ended up calling the cops on the man for trying to get his food he had ordered he also had his 4 grandkids with him. I work in the food industry and never in my life have I ever treated someone the way she treated him. I will never come here again after this experience and she needs to be fired.
