I always order the steak bagel breakfast sandwich. What i don't understand is why they never have steak prepared in advance. I was late for work because I had to pull up and wait 10 min for 2 sandwiches.

This is the slowest drive through I have ever been through at a mcdonalds. Busy location but bad service. I could have gone to chick fil a across the street in the same amount of time.

This McDonald’s location is a 1000/10 for me personally. I go here consistently with my husband and the crew automatically knows our name at this point 😂. The food is so good and the burgers help with my in n out cravings!!!

I recently visited this McDonald’s and ordered a Filet-O-Fish sandwich, substituting the tartar sauce with Mac sauce. I was charged an extra $0.50 for the substitution, which I was fine with—until I saw how little sauce was actually put on the sandwich.
When I asked for a bit more sauce, I was told I would need to pay another $0.50. I spoke with the manager, Adriana, and even showed her the sandwich to explain that there was barely any sauce on it despite the extra charge. She told me I had only paid for “one pump” and refused to add any more without charging me again.
I understand policies, but this felt like poor customer service. If I’m paying extra for a substitution, I expect a reasonable amount of sauce—enough to taste it. This experience left me disappointed, and I hope management considers how this comes across to loyal customers.

Ordered a 20 piece with large fry, total was $11 and change. Received a spicy mchicken and large fry, stole $6-7 from me, refused to refund and refused to make it right. Don’t recommend this poorly run location.
