I've worked in fast food myself for a few years and understand pre-closing but telling a costumer 40 minutes before close that you close ice cream an hour early, is just lazy. You close at 11 and should be able to provide full service till your last minute. This is not quality service and honestly embarrassing for this location. Other locations have always given me great service all the way through!

The woman who works the first window taking orders and payment (early morning) is seriously one of the kindest person I’ve encountered. A lot of times I feel like I’m inconveniencing some of their workers for being there. So just acknowledging her for being so kind and positive. Wish I got her name.

Food is pretty decent for a McDonald's, the staff(employees) are great, super friendly, and get your order correct(use the app it definitely helps.) Managers and maintenance are a big detractor. They're not customer service oriented and the way they talk to employees stuns me that they have such a great staff.
Got to tell them the numbers with the option letter of what you want. Can't just tell them a #2 with cheese. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Inconsistent “imaginethat” Days
First off let me say , I have had McDonald's my whole life and have always loved their big mac's. Not here if I could choose a zero I would. The service was fine but the rest was absolutely horrific. After I placed my order and drove around I noticed a horindece order, it smelt like rotting food. I had to ask what the order was, not just because of how bad it was but because I had been to another McDonald's in Midwest City that had the same order outside their drive threw. The gentleman at the window said he did not know that it could be coming from a sewer line across the street, next to them. That was not what I was smelling and if that was the case why did it smell the same at two other McDonald's iv been too? I drove to the next window they handed me my order. When I took one bite out of my big Mac I immediately gagged and had to spit it out, could not even chew it. It tasted just like the order I was smelling in the drive through. Next I tried my tea it was terrible tasted like if I stuck tobaco in my mouth. I did not go back or call them to complain, I live in another town and was not going to drive all the way back. I just sucked it up as a loss. If I called they would just apologize and want me to come back for a refund or exchange, I definitely will never eat there again, probably never eat McDonald's again. I think maybe this McDonald's needs to shut down.
