Ordered a Deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwich through the McDonald’s mobile app on December 31 at this location. After eating part of it, I discovered the chicken was raw. The inside was visibly translucent and not fully cooked. Very disappointed and hope management takes this seriously to prevent it from happening to other customers.

0 stars. No customer service, the manager working the window over nights provides no assistance when their app isn't working properly. Highly dissatisfied as I didn’t receive my order, and was being dismissed as if I was causing an inconvenience, just overall unprofessional. Needless to say I got WAY better service at Taco Bell shortly after McDonalds denied my order. based off their system not working properly.

THEIR FOOD HAVE CHILDREN ARE GETTING B.O. & NOT HEALTHY ESPECIALLY THE FRIES
I had placed a mobile order last night at 9:40pm, the app said store was open, Google said store was open. There were employees in the building and lights were on. They had the drive thru blocked off with cones, so I pulled to the front where they had the curbside parking. I put in what stall I am in and it immediately says they’re preparing it, then it says they’re bringing it out but instead this lady just comes from the building and says they’re closed. Why didn’t she cancel the order then? She had processed it like I had received my food and they stole my money. I got no food, she offered no refund and immediately closed the door on me. I would very much like a refund for the food I did not receive last night. I’ve called the store multiple times this morning, nobody is picking up.

Went here late night one night ..thinking honestly whatever I order outside of a burger may be made fresh...well I ordered chicken nuggets. Even asked if they were fresh and was told they were . Got up the street. Decided I would pop them open ...and every single nugget was hard as hell and cold. Like they had been sitting for hours. Terrible ...terrible ....
