I just moved to Edmond, and the closest 24 hour mcdonald's was absolutely horrible. I only drove through the rain at 2am on memorial day weekend because my pregnant fiancé wanted a burger. I got home and they left out half the order. Which half? Hers. I drove back and asked them if they could remake my order fresh and was treated like I was lying (after I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and watched multiple cars drive away. Then handed them my full bag of food which i absolutelybrought back).
I had to drive 8 miles away from my new home to THIS mcdonald's, and these guys were so kind and helpful, and my food was still hot when I went home. I work in restaurants, so I would think I'm pretty understanding. I'll never go back to that first location, and I wanted to share my appreciation for kind, hard working people in the industry.

You can call this place back to back for an hour and no one will answer the phone. Graveshift. Also got to work to bite into a burger that was pink. Could not go show them on account of i was at work already and no one answered the phone. The guy at the 2nd window was rude as well. Shutting the window telling me uh hu have a good day when ask why my drink was a small when i ordered a medium. I would not go up there at night unless you wanna get yoir order wrong rude window clerk and your food mooing at you. Also have pictures but i cant seem to post anywhere

I went at about 11 pm on Mother’s Day. For some reason, this location has had trouble with my discount codes several times. It happened again last night and I pulled up to the window to show the worker the code and what it was for. When told there was nothing he could do, I asked for a manager. I was told there was absolutely no manager or shift lead in the restaurant to assist with my situation and was told to go to the back of the drive thru line. There should always be a manager present. This is absolutely unacceptable and the hourly employee was unwilling to help and untrained in how to work with the functions on their app. Super unhappy and can not believe he could not give me an answer as to why no manager was not present.

Food was greasy, not very busy and food was also cold. Rude at window, not good customer service and messed up my order on top. Don't recommend

They need to do better on customer service for sure. Make sure they offer straws , napkins , etc. They parked me for 8 minutes for one vanilla ice coffee.

Idk who was on the speaker but she was extremely rude and didn't listen to anything I said and she up charged all my drinks to larges even tho I said mediums and she also got my burger orders wrong. Not a nice community.
You get the experience that you pay for you want good customer service you pay more you want fast food, you deal with rude people
