Imagine waking up in the morning tryna do your normal routine stop and get a Carmel frappe extra Carmel to start your day, and you do this every day. Then the staff treat you with an attitude and mess up your order twice. Understanding it’s morning time and we all tired but your attitude shouldn’t affect my order!!! Do better

Poor customer service. Came to get breakfast waited 30 to 40 minutes to get my food had to go to school so I left and never got my refund now they are refusing me a refund

My daughter and I waited in line for 45 minutes for a 10-piece chicken nugget meal and the two cheeseburger combo. We would have left but it was really late at night and we had just finished moving into our new house so we were exhausted and hungry and my fries were not fresh they were double-dipped..

My husband walked to mc Donald’s and got our son, him, and I a meal when he came back and first bite he takes this piece of whatever it is, it’s really hard and stabbed my husband right in his tooth where he so happens to have a chip at so you can imagine it was extremely PAINFUL! I would be highly cautious when eating McDonalds overall but as well at this location

They never get the order right, you get charged for extras on your sandwich and they won’t even put the extras on it. I think it should be all automated

Very crappy place. The only employee that me and my partner actually liked. He had glasses and I am pretty sure he was Hispanic (not trying to be racist if that is not the case) but he deserves a tip. Everyone else there the females and other guys there do not know how to do there job. Only good thing was service from our guy.
