So much for the new McDonald land shake looks like a vanilla shake and taste like one too!!!! Do not buy this!!! I was told it comes out this way sometimes and I know, it is a syrup added in to a shake That is supposed to be blended The second photo is after they remade it It really seems like these people don’t give a damn about customer service

I try my best to give restraunts the benefit of the doubt especially places that hire kids. I usually visit this location due to it being close but really I would rather it just not exist. This place is just so bad. The food isn't that great all they care about is being fast and will not take any accountability. They no longer offer receipts, will not show the order on the screen, repeat back the orser or even tell you your total after ordering on the speaker or at the window which is exactly like my visit was today. When I went in to let them know my order was basically half gone (they didn't add everything) they didn't care and basically put the whole blame on the me who literally did nothing wrong but order what I thought was correct. I definitely can not confirm my order was correct due to everything mention above. If Mc Donald's has video point at the screen they should look it up or make sure their employees are doing things right l.
This particular McDonald's does not know how to make iced coffee. Food is on par with any other McDonald's. Coffee is good if you just like it black.

Ordered a fish sandwich two chicken snack wraps an 13 cookies the only thing hot was the cookies chicken snack wraps had old burnt chicken fries was old and cold tried to feed my puppy the fries he wouldn't even eat them I tried to call the store multiple times with no answer
