I gave the gentleman five dollars for my order. I did not know that it was two more dollars. He had a very poor attitude and walked away from me.
After that, a young lady came back and said that I didn't pay. She then said I paid, but I owe 3 dollars. The gentleman rebuttled and said that I didn't give him any money. So one person seen the extra five, and the other one was trying to steal more money.
I want corporate to get ahold of me. And I want this person to be dealt with. He had such a bad attitude. He didn't even bother to explain anything to me. And he also lied about me, not giving him money. How come the lady knew that I gave her $5? That's because she was right next to him. You have a thief in your building

Horrible service after waiting in drive thru the computers went down. Said they couldn't give me my burger cause they couldn't take payment. Gave me a water and told me to go somewhere else

I understand that everyone has to make money but when a mcdouble is $2.50 and a bigmac meal is dang near $10 asking $0.27 for a sauce is crazy. And in addition the lady at the 2nd window is rude.
Our order was ready in a couple of minutes, the place was clean, the lady cleaning the lobby was very polite

I know better than to expect anything spectacular from McDonald's but wow this particular one has always been especially awful of the order is right which it usually isn't it's old and out stale, if it's good quality (for a McDonalds) it's got some mistake or it's completely the wrong food. I know it's a McDonald's but wow this is a bad one

I did not have a good experience at this location. The food we had was typical McDonald's but the service was very poor. There seemed to be quite a few people present in McDonald's uniforms but no one was working. There was a language barrier that had to be overcome to place an order. It took forever to get the food that was ordered. The dinning area was clean for the most part. The bathrooms were filthy, but I'm positive that was due to the homeless going in and out of there. I know it's not McDonald's fault. But, I won't bring my family to this location. The homeless in and around the parking area were not pleasant and one man who had his pants around his knees wasn't someone I would want any child to see.
