Charged me for extra mayo only to get home and find that my sandwich had no mayo at all on it. Fries were cold and the chicken was very old. Took upwards of 10 minutes for a small fry, 4 piece nugget, and a mcchicken.

The new girl at the window was very polite and respectful. when the others were rushing getting my order wrong, she came through and was willingly to fix it. I tried tipping her $100 she wouldnât accept it. GOD BLESS HER!

Ordered online for counter pick up went to the restroom someone was In the first stall went to the second stall and right before I got ready to walk back out of the stall the person in the first stall had walked out without washing their hands I had already got a look at the shoes the person had on so I washed my hands and thereâs no paper towels to even grab the door handle after the previous person touched without washing their hands, so I grabbed the very bottom of the handle after grabbing hand sanitizer from my purse to use afterwards I proceeded to the lobby as there is no other customers in the dining area as when I walked In so I started looking at the workers shoes and I seen a woman at the fry tray placing hash browns in the sleeves, she then walks over and ask how can she help me I gave her my Pick up number when them walks over grab a bag and place a hash brown in the bag walk back to the counter and place the bag on the counter I politely asked to speak with a manager as this is the person that just came from the restroom 2 minutes ago without washing her hands she then had a co worker to translate to tell me that she is the manager đ¤Śđ˝ââď¸ I first requested that my order be remade and not touched by her because she is filthy and as a manager she should know better, (after explaining that all the hash browns in the sleeves I watched her handle) the co worker goes and replace my order with the same hash browns I then requested a refund. This was the most distrusting thing that Iâve ever seen at an establishment of this magnitude as a restaurant owner myself I would be sickened and embarrassed if my managers were caught doing something like this, When you take on a managerial position you are supposed to be a leader this is the number one way food contamination illnesses are caused looks like someone needs to go back and retake their ServSafe.

5 workers watched me try to order a drink through the kiosk while the registers are all closed and it took them several minutes to even give it to me. Terrible service.

Look if youâre closed please just say so. It says 24/7 and when I show up the drive thru is open and they ask if I have a code. I say yes and then get told they canât sell dinner or breakfast with awkward pauses I didnât know if he was drunk or something. When I asked so are you closed? He didnât respond for an entire two minutes and I awkwardly said ok thank you bye and he said uhhhh ye. Just close up or tell people youâre closed or donât come to work if you canât communicate please. Has happened more than twice different times and days. Tried calling this time to save the trip, they finally answer and I hear the noises and they say nothing for 5minutes. Itâs not hard to say hold on or donât answer the phone. Maybe put it on your websites that youâre not legit 24/7 anymore and say youâre closed and not serving from 11pm-4:30am

The lobby was so cold that we had to leave. Our order was short ALL of our sauce for of Chicken nuggets. Even the extra sauce that was paid for. The iced tea was old and stale.
