Gave my sister food poisoning don't eat the chicken stripe
Service is not the fastest. Kids area never has the AC running, so it's basically an oven in there during the summer months.
I usally go in the morning so I can only comment on their breakfast. The breakfast they do have is absolutely amazing they rarely mess anything up and keep things clean at all times

Absolutely the worst customer service. We drove up to the drive-thru and was told they are only taking online orders. Won’t be back.
I recommend that you do not order from the store they gave you cold food, they mumble through the microphone, and more than half the time they’ll get your order wrong, so please I would avoid this restaurant at all costs!
I had an issue with my recent order, and when I called the restaurant to let them know, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they demanded that I return to the restaurant—completely disregarding McDonald’s policies for handling order mistakes.
Customers should not be expected to make a second trip because of the restaurant’s error. This experience clearly reflects a lack of proper training and poor customer service. I contacted McDonald’s Corporate to report the incident, and they have issued a formal complaint on my behalf. I sincerely hope this location is reminded of corporate procedures and improves how they treat customers moving forward
Seriously. If you have to Google a McDonald's, you're already lost. It's not like you're going to click on the review and it says "went inside expecting Big Macs and instead was met with a Mastro's Tomahawk Ribeye. It will always just be what it is. Microwave TV breakfast, lunch or dinner with an occasional McRib, the best French fries in fast food, a better Caramel Frappe than the Starbucks Frappucino and the best tasting Fountain Cokes there is. Period.

Never coming here again Service was terrible lady at the second window was very rude. Seem like she hated working there asked her for extra ice in my Coke and she gave me a separate cup of ice because she didn’t wanna put extra ice in my original drink. She didn’t give me straws and didn’t even put napkins in the bag. 1 out of 10 experience.

Normally this McDonald’s is okay, but lately they’ve been going downhill. When your drive-thru workers speak so little English they don’t know what ‘drink carrier’ means, there’s a big problem. I don’t blame the workers, but the management needs to put people who can communicate with their customers in that spot. If the people taking and handing out the orders can’t communicate with the customers then they should be in positions where they don’t have to. And if the management can’t hire people who can speak English for a position that needs people who speak English, that’s a big red flag.
