Despite only needing to pick up two items, I found myself waiting in line for over 10-15 minutes. It's a recurring problem at this location.The drive-thru is consistently backed up, and it's clear that the staff struggles to manage the flow efficiently. What's frustrating is how they handle customers with long orders. Instead of directing them to a parking spot to wait for their order, they keep them in line, causing delays for everyone else.

I'm not sure why this location usually has a backed up drive-thru other than they're a popular option along a busy intersection. It took ten minutes to get our order in the drive-thru, but the staff was friendly. We chose curbside pickup on our second trip, but nobody ever came, so we had to go inside to get it. The food was good except for the fries. They consistently serve hard, lukewarm fries. I've never had a fresh batch from this location.

Never in all my life have I had a fast food worker raise thier voice to me. I didn't even get to order I simply drove off. I understand that things get stressful sometimes, but this happened at 3:35 pm there was barley a line. I called the restaurant to tell the manager and I'm pretty sure they were the one taking the order. Simply unacceptable

Seems nothing works at this location, kiosks we're broken. Order screen was blank, didn't bother to ask about the famous always broken ice cream machine, but I'd guess It was broken too, maybe it's the fact they don't hire anyone who speaks English!

ordered online prior to arrival to save some time and was told to pull into pkwy 1, started noticing everyone behind me was getting handed their food, went inside to my order ready but staff lazy to bring it out to me.

I will say this,Uber ordering is already a risk.One, you have specifics, I did your part!The other parties fail you and then, you are stuck with a problem not a solution and feel and actually are the one who end up robbedUber won't compensate and the store will not compensate and you actually end up MORE OUT OF POCKET then you wanted.?Uber deliver fees?Tip?Price of food?Final delivery rate?Uber trip to get correct items-- Restaurant --Professionalism _*_ ⭐| The person (THEE supervisor) smh--I spoke with was filled with spite, defense, and confrontational. Not at all willing to resolve my issue. Would not issue a refund and was not at all willing to replace food when the notes where missed on the order. Passed me off to Uber (contacting Uber for refund ? if you know then you know) I wasn't having that. ?❗This place predominantly Hispanic so the attitude is already irate. That's what I got... The attitude like I am in public not the attitude I am at work let me change my mindset. I got culture + you upset me so this is what you get. If you know then you know. It's a McDonald's. Order correct most of the time. Generally clean and quick. It was too expensive and not really worth it. It's just as expensive as going to a decent sit-down establishment.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. My husband and I went through the drive thru this morning at 5am and we ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a pancake and sausage breakfast. I was suspicious when as soon as we paid for our order and went to the pick up window she was already handing us our order. The food was old and had been microwaved. The biscuits were as hard as a rock...!!! We were already home so did not take it back. This place should be shut down permanently....!!! This has to be the worst place to get a breakfast biscuit from. We will never go back...!!!
