Veey poor service. Cashier refused to give complimentary bbq sauce because i ordered 2 chicken sandwiches rather than chicken nuggets and shrugged her shoulders at me in dismissal and she gave the impression that she could not care less. I frequently order from here and see the cashiers express similar sentiment in regular interactions with others. First time experiencing it personally.

If I'm on the go you can't beet this McDonald's I hit the drive thru everytime fast and your foods always hot i would highly recommend this place if your in a hurry on the go👍👍

Ordered my food which included a fudge sundae. The bag had two sandwiches missing. Didn’t get my drink cup, had to ask three times. Fudge sundae was half full and the lid was not on it tight. Instead of topping off the sundae with .25 worth of ice cream the manager on duty gave me a full $3.04 refund. Bad. Very bad management. Did not go that extra stretch to make sure an unhappy customer leaves the restaurant happy. I ran a Wendy’s for 20 years. I know what customer service looks like, this is not it. Manager wasn’t rude, he just didn’t make sure we were satisfied with our meal. Didn’t offer fresh hot fries for our time or horrible experience. I come to this location at least 3x a week for a shower at the Pilot. I expect better service next time.
