Tell me why I asked to have extra caramel in my cup of my caramel frappe and they told me no. Mind blown by it so confused telling me that they can’t do that I didn’t understand One of the coworkers told me that the management there is being stingy and greedy, and doesn’t want no one to put caramel in the cup even when I guess ask for it. That is BS. They’re saying, having the caramel on top of the whip cream is just as the same as having the caramel in the cup. Wrong how am I supposed to get a sip of the caramel with my drink? I have to take The lid off and push it all down into the cup while I am driving. That is dangerous. It would just be simpler if they already had it in the cup. Definitely go to Corporate for this

Have came to this Mcdonald restaurant for several years now and it's always clean and the service is great
