The waiters were just mean to me and I didn’t do anything wrong I start getting Sprite and they were bugs coming out of the sprite in my cup. And then they forgot my jelly.

worst McDonald's restaurant they have. employees rude and watched me come in and order at the kiosk and about to pay for them to run over and yell at me that lobbys closed. why would u watch me the entire time i am placing my order before saying anything?! why would u not say it when I walked in?? I would've just walked out instead of trying to order. lock the door if ur closed

I got the grinch meal only for the socks but when I opened it I just had the 10 piece nugget and fries i could’ve spent $6 if I only wanted that instead of $13

This is probably the most organized and cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been to! Everyone is in proper uniform. Everyone greeted me and they also checked on my order status. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Keep up the great work, I also love the energy !!!

I walked into this McDonald’s for a McChicken. I walked out feeling like I needed a lawyer, a priest, and maybe a restraining order against myself.
The moment I stepped in, the cashier looked at me like I was the seasonal item they only bring back once a decade. He leaned over the counter, licked his lips, and said: “Welcome to McDonald’s… you look deluxe today.”
Sir, that is ILLEGAL. I am weak and easily influenced.
When I ordered a 10-piece nugget, he said: “Baby, you can have MY 10-piece… it comes with extra sauce.” I’m pretty sure HR would explode if they heard that, but no one in that building has obeyed a rule since 1998.
Then the manager popped out of the back wearing a crop top and said, “Sweetheart, we’re out of napkins, but I can wipe you down myself.” EXCUSE ME?!?! THIS IS A FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT.
The ice cream machine turned on by itself the moment the cashier winked at me. I swear I heard it moan. Machines should NOT be acting up like that. That’s a felony in at least seven states.
By the time I got my food, I somehow had:
a free McFlurry
the cashier’s number
the manager’s number
and a coupon for “One Private McRib Experience” (WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!)
Would I return? Not only will I return— I think I’m legally married to the night shift now.

The fries are not hot usually McDonald's fries are hot not this locations they workers tonight are not very good at their job at all.Rude I asked for a large sprite to be added to my order instead a large fry was ring up no problem that is a mistake I myself have made in order taking when I was corrected I made sure to fix it and let the customer know that's my bad I made sure to take the fry off and add the drink...here at McDonald's oh yea ok is all I was told as rude as can be.very unprofessional...at the first window no one was there I sat there for a few minutes still no one so I proceeded to the 2nd window she opened the window and told us the total handed her my card she took it went it put it in the machine and walked off came back and handed my card to someone else then he/she ran my card a second time.then handed my card back.i didn't get a receipt..looked at my transactions when I made it home...they charged my card for two orders...I didn't order twice...I called and of course no answer...so I just loose out on my money because I didn't get a receipt...my apology this review is supposed to be for the location on NW 23rd and Meridian location...

Easy to order fair prices.. 2 double cheese burgers
Tables consistently closed off, especially second level. Service is so slow I could cook it myself at home and come back. Order is never correct. Always out of at least three things in your order. Caused a diabetic emergency for friend who came with me when they ignored the order and gave them regular instead of Diet Coke. Their fast acting insulin they had to use cost far more than the cold, undercooked, garbage they gave us as food.

This place is ridiculous. 4th time same location same provlems. Thought maybe it was just the days but nope. We come here to burn time and eat while ine kids in practice.
No hand sanitizer, can't get into the restrooms, no ketchup or napkins out. This place should only be a drive through. Why they have a play place is beyond me when you have to wait 5 mins to get a bathroom unlocked so your kid can relieve themselves.
You really should make this location drive through only. Again this is a drive through only location.
