Probably the worst McDonalds in okc. Everything is restricted. You must buy something before being allowed to use the bathroom. There’s limited seating. Customer service is rude. They messed up my order and was bothered I had them redo it. Might as well close the lobby and only do drive thru because the customer service here sucks.

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald's. I purchased a large fountain drink in the morning and returned in the evening with the same cup for a refill, assuming it would be no issue as it had been previously. However, the following day, a staff member not only refused but also treated me with such disrespect, speaking to me in a rude and hurtful manner. I understand if there are policies around refills, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism in how it was addressed was unacceptable. I felt disrespected and embarrassed. This experience has really left a negative impression."

Manager was very rude and racist when I asked to use the restroom after ordering in drive thru and wouldn't let me use the restroom. After telling her she was behaving rudely, she said yea and. It's sad when minorities try to racist to other minorities. This is not this same managers first time not letting me use the restroom after coming thru the drive thru, I work in this area and it's sad when your a paying patron and can't use the restroom. I will never visit this location again and don't advise any black too. The employees here are very racist.

The cashier was very rude and unhelpful. She made me feel like it was a burden for her to take my order. I would stay away from this location if possible. I will never be going back. Also, this location barely had any parking for dine in guests. Most of the parking was for order ahead, and guest had to wait for their order to be completed.
