Put in a mobile order and they claimed or our order disappeared and couldn’t give it to us even though we were charged. Manager was very rude and didn’t offer any help or guidance on what we should do. Terrible experience and was even given the food that we paid for.

The manager here was straight up rude. I came to pick up my mobile order, and she immediately caught an attitude, saying it would have to be canceled because it “wasn’t showing up in their system.” Even though, the food was already made and sitting right there. She kept being dismissive and unhelpful until she finally walked off with more attitude. Thankfully, the other employees were way more respectful and ended up giving us the food (She was obviously bothered by this). Honestly, if it weren’t for the younger nicer employees, the experience would’ve been a complete mess.

Either fix your frappe machine, or take them off your App, this is the fifth time I ordered one just to be told the machine is broke, this is bullcrap, by the time this is all done you owe me one free frappe no cap

I stop here every morning for a number 4 with an orange juice. 5 times in the last month they have put cheese on my sausage & egg biscuit. And one time gave me an all together different sandwich. THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH HERE! BE CAREFUL.
I've called to complain but they don't do anything to fix my order or fix the issue.

Worst got damn service ever. They can't even get one thing right and I've ordered from them through doordash TWICE. I didn't even get my money back from either doordash OR McDonald's the first time. I ordered a buy one get one free DEAL. They're was 2x 10 pc chicken nuggets and I got ONE.

I went to pick up a DoorDash order at three in the morning and they said they didn’t do DoorDash because it’s almost breakfast so why is there DoorDash active if they’re not fulfilling orders?? I literally wasted time and money while their employees get paid to turn away hard-working people. It’s restaurants like this that make Dashers lose money. Breakfast doesn’t even start till 4 AM so why can’t they fulfill an order at three in the morning? Their Dasher app is active. It’s accepting orders and sending them to Dashers. Is this some kind of joke The store is trying to play on hard-working people. I’m just trying to make a living and I can’t even do that. You should have your Dash revoked If you’re not going to fulfill the orders! Thanks a lot of making sure I won’t get paid for my ten minute drive!

I came to pick up a door dash at 3:30 and they said they wouldn't do it because it was about to be breakfast at 4 am so I had to cancel a 10$ order with no pay 30 minutes before breakfast even starts why even have door dash in this store If they cannot fulfill the orders I lost gas and money due to this order what a waste of time gas and money. Your employees will get paid. But I don't get paid for driving all the way there..
Ordered multiple time from this place they either can’t get my order right or take 20 plus minutes to make it order it ahead of time on the app same thing need get your shit together. Ordered today at 11:57 am didn’t get my food till 12:20
