There are no employees I paid for a drink ask for my cup three times I don't think the lady spoke English I went behind the counter and got to cup myself I had an online order I waited 25 minutes in the store for my food I had to yell back in the kitchen to get somebody to come out and talk to me to get my food made They hadn't even started making it one of the worst experiences at McDonald's by far for sure this year maybe ever avoid this McDonald's there are plenty others to eat at where you'll have a lot better service and atmosphere

Didn't get what I ordered after asking twice. Had cashier repeat order back to me with a dirty look I was still confused if she got it right. Move to second window lady barely spoke English and my order was wrong. Had to pay another 6.35 to get my order right was supposed to be two double cheese burgers no pickles. I added cookies. Had to pull forward to waite when got my order I asked for my change I was told it was 6.31. lady told me it was actually 6.71. and gave me no receipt. Got home and one of the double cheese burgers had pickles. What the heck is wrong with businesses these days and this moron generation? It's not hard to not put a pickle on a freaking sandwich and give someone a receipt. Horrible bussines and the patties was overcooked and dry. Service was like being on a different planet. I generally never eat out especially McDonald's because of this there workers are all illiterate to speaking English.

I asked for my cup after ordering my food and lady behind the counter said my food was still being made so no I couldn't have my cup while she was standing right by them and I showed her I had already paid

Ordered a burger with no mustard, no onion, normal ketchup, and extra pickles. It ended up being no mustard, good-sized handful of onion, extremely light ketchup, pickles, and it was cold.

We were given our food and asked if our sauces were in the bag. She said yes and closed the window. Then we tried to get her attention, she opened the window and when we told her we didn’t have sauce she said nothing and handed us two sauces she already had in hand and closed the window again. We also didn’t receive any straws. When I tried to call to tell them so that it can be addressed so others get their orders right someone answered and said “Hello?!”. I understand it’s a McDonald’s fast food restaurant but I don’t think that negates treating people like they’re actual people.

Food fresh, hot. Service in double-line took quite a bit maybe only one person taking orders both lines? Same person not engaging at window, probably because so busy? Parking lot free of trash. No panhandlers, which a lot in general area.,
