Lady with piercings working at the windows today, Saturday, March 30th has a terrible attitude. How you get mad at a customer that placed an order online? I waited more than 30min at the drive-thru to listen to her telling me they did not receive my order, that the lobby closes at 10pm which is not a problem but is it my fault if the information in the app is not accurate?how did I order a pick-up in the lobby through the app? All this explanation just for her to go and miraculously find my order in less than a minute before almost throwing it at me.... I should have known after watching the car before me get mad... i can understand if you make a mistake on an order, but get mad at a customer asking you to remark their order after the mistake is another level...

I am blown away first McDonald's I have been to in years that has an ice cream machine that works they they're awesome really friendly staff plus they had a clean bathroom made for a good Friday night

Absolutely terrible! Ordered ahead and was made to sit and wait at speaker forever then got to the window and the girl had huge attitude and then parked me when all I got was a McChicken and a frappe. Got to watch all the cars behind me get served and I'm still sitting at the curbside! I'm so glad this is no longer the McDonald's we use frequently!!! Do better!!!

Absolutely the worst McDonald's on planet earth this location is in my direct path to work so a few times I like to stop in the morning ..first time I stopped .sit in the drive thru for 10 min no one answered ..so forget it I'll be late to work i just left. second time sit in the drive thru for 12 min (I timed because of the first instance) no answer pull around to the window see them inside laughing and talking won't come to the window ..me thinking to myself are they open? Look at hours on website they are open ..so whatever I leave vow never to go back ...fast toward to 3 month later(today) I think they probably have all new workers let's give it another shot pull up to first landed to order 5 min go by nothing..guy pulls in second lane they start to take his order so I'm like okay maybe the 1st lane speaker don't work pull up to the window to see what's up see th lady she totally ignores me then another lady behind her sees me and points and she just waves her hand at me and runs to the back! I'm like okay sit there for another 5 min before I decide I'm going to ne late for work....wth is going on with this place????

This has got to be the worst mcdonald's in the united states of america. Besides getting the orders wrong all the Time Some of the employees are rude as hell. Sad that I have to drive across town to another McDonald's. Considering this one is so close to where I live.
