Mimi was so helpful and the sandwich was fresh and delicious! I got the pineapple upside down cake but I’ll be back to try all the other desserts.

$1.00 for a 20 oz water (and no refills) from a ma/pa deli?????? It use to be 32 oz for .40 cents. No bueno Mimi and Jon. Ease up on the greed. Y'all are nice folks but everyone in our complex can afford your pricing...
Oh man this place is legit. Forget any other sandwich place and go here. The bahn mi is the best in the area code 73112, it is absolutely delicious and for the price it’s unreal! Everything I’ve tried so far is great. Do yourself a favor and come here or postmates it, the prices are so good it’s not expensive to get it delivered
The bahn mi is spectacular! I’ve tried a ton of places and no one compares to Mimi’s! The other sandwiches are really really good too. Quality made for super affordable prices absolutely a gem of a find!

I was interning at the Waterford building for a summer and this is where I ate everyday!! I haven't been back since because my job now has conflicting times. I always think about this place and I plan on trying to make it out there on a lunch break or day off!!
I love eating a Mimi's Cafe. The staff is incredibly friendly. The Bahn Mi is fantastic. It is my daily go-to when I'm in the office. While I don't eat baked goods often, they have a great selection of baked goods that are made by Mimi herself.
I work in the building next door and Mimi's is always clean, fast, and friendly.
This is the last time I eat there, I would rather drive 30mnts than pay the price I so for a simple sandwich and this is the 3rd time it's wrong, 3 strikes your out.
