Ordered musubi to go, and the rice was hard.

Used to be great, recently quality has gone down alot. Meat was cold, rice was hard. I got a drive through order for lunch and was not given any utensils.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Excellent quality, clean healthy food. Great serving sizes and staff is always friendly. I’ve always had great customer service. Keep doing what you’re doing!

We ordered food to go. Everything was very good! Only issue was we didn't get any cups of sauce. With each meat you are to select a sauce. 7 meats, no sauce. Bummer! But food was still good! Would definitely order again, just check bags before leaving!

Definitely should’ve read the reviews before I came here. Please check your bag before you leave. This seems to be an on going issue with this establishment. First time ordering here. I ordered the chicken katsu and shrimp tempura with white rice and cabbage. I ordered a bunch of sauces which were not in the bag AND a salad( also not in bag) I wish I would’ve checked before leaving. Food isn’t bad. It’s ok. But judging from the reviews, this is definitely an issue with this location where they aren’t putting what they need to put in customer bags. So please check before leaving. Would I come back? Probably not.

Terrible if I can give 0 stars I would food bland dry service lady touched foor and wiped her ass with touching my food drive thru can't pay attention to orders neither don't wast money on this place

No one to take my order. The lady in front of me was waiting for a long time and she was the 1st customer of the day. And they had at least 4 employees. Cook didn’t even have gloves on. The females had their hair down and no nets.This place needs a GM and a DM to go in a fix it. Health department probably needs a visit too.

Zero star!! Walked out!! No food. Waited 40 minutes after ordering! Was told two different times, have to cook more chicken, then have to cook more steak, six people ordered after wife and I and got food. Prioritized drive thru and other customers Ridiculous! Offered me a refund. Now lunch break is over. Worst service ever. Won’t be back.

Store and bathrooms filthy. Packed drive thru. Packed inside. No one has food. Employees on phones or outside smoking. No one helps you unless you get loud and ask. They act irritated. Service is terrible today. Not first time. Waiting on chicken ? At 1130 in the morning. Get ahead of it.

First time here, ordered the 1 meat kids meal with a side of Mac salad.It was a good first bite of the Mac salad until I opened the chicken and rice,the cabbage they have on the bottom was smelling really weird and made it really hard to eat without wanting to get sick,it drenched the bottom half of the rice.Basically a waste of $8. 2/10.Probably won't come back.

Tasty food, but what is the point of asking “Is white rice and Mac salad ok?”. I always ask for brown rice instead, maybe 1/3 the time I actually get it. Always in drive thru so never check til I’m back in office. And GIVE KATSU SAUCE IF YOURE SERVICE KATSU CHICKEN. I ALWAYS have to ask or else I’m up a creek.
