I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my family and I had today at GattiTown. We purchased three buffets, one of which included a game card, and spent a total of $40. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and cleanliness of the establishment were far below expectations for our first visit.
To begin with, there were only three or four pizzas available, and the salad and pasta bar was in an unacceptable state. Salad and dressing were spilled everywhere, the noodles were dry and appeared to have been sitting out far too long, and the sauce looked like it had been there all day. The overall presentation and freshness of the food were unappetizing, and it simply was not a pleasant environment to enjoy a meal.
After seeing the condition of the buffet, we decided not to eat and requested a refund. However, the manager on duty informed me that a refund could not be issued, and instead offered a game card in replacement. This response is unacceptable. I did not come to your establishment to simply play games; I expected to enjoy a meal with my family.
I am extremely upset and disappointed with the entire experience. I strongly urge you to issue a refund for the amount I spent, as we did not consume the food or use the services we paid for. If necessary, I will leave a review to reflect the service and condition of the establishment to ensure future customers are aware of the current state of the location.

The staff here needs a full wash. This place is run by a bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing. Everytime I come to pick up my order it's "just getting in the oven, sorry" . What an absolute joke.

Recently Gatti's has been playing a Christian station in the restaurant...I'm not a Christian and I'm offended by insinuation that I need to be saved by this music and preaching while I eat. Also, the public relations response to the postings on Google are lack luster I left a comment a month ago and got no response. If you are going to be successful business, you are going to have to get better at responding to question and concerns. I really like the product but not worth the drive now I just don't want to be preached at while I eat. Hope to see you in Yukon or at Wal-Mart soon where I will get my pizza as take-out.

This place is pretty awesome The games are uber expensive, I'm sorry it's just what it is but they're worth it.... kind of and the prizes are okay. Pizza's pretty yummy all the time , they have a movie theater that you could just walk into. All that's fine and dandy except for when you're noise sensitive (certain louder high pitch )and a person comes in to game room with the absolute loudest toddler screaming I might be very sensitive on hearing and might have been a disabled in the floor for a few minutes but otherwise great place atmosphere great people great clients good business

We had a great experience here! They allowed us to pick a movie of our choice for the theater room! And the environment was so calm and relaxing compared to other businesses of the same kind. Every employee was attentive and polite. We will definitely be making this a regular place to visit!
